Please allow customers to dispose off simple trash like cardboard box pieces in the on-site trash bins. Was not allowed to use the trash bin for a couple of cardboard pieces by the on duty staff (Navjot).

The uncertainty around business hours given that we had scheduled equipment rental to be picked up on a holiday was unsettling, in that we were told the outlet agent wouldnt know if it was open onGood Friday or Not until the day before. Ultimately it was the reassurance of the outlet agent who said as she lived on site- even if Uhaul said they were to close, she would be there to assist us with pick up of the trailer. It is only because of her that we didn't cancel all together

My comments are not related to this facility but to my overall experience with U-Haul. Being out of town, I looked for a haul and storage close to where the move was. I booked wonderland south U-Haul and storage…however, in the fine print, was redirected to a storage facility on the opposite end of the city….which I did not realize until I went to pick up the cargo van. Unfortunately, where I was to,pick up the cargo van was closed and did not offer ride share….so off to the other end of the city I drove to the location that was open. Of course they did not have a cargo van available so went with a pickup truck instead. They did offer me a larger enclosed truck, however, I was not comfortable with the size in the downtown core. Not once has a rep called me to apologize or made any effort, aside from the booking guarantee rebate. We have now moved the items in storage to a closer location to where they need to be accessed from. Lesson learned about asking better questions when booking things from 6 hours away. Will definitely not be with U-Haul

We originally booked at the location on wonderland road….which is closed on Sundays and does not offer online pickup. Redirected to the other side of London. While my experience with this location was positive, my overall experience with the company was abysmal

The representative that served us to check out the vehicle was consistently vulgar and used profane language multiple times throughout the process. I found it to be extremely off-putting. The vehicle we rented had windshield washer fluid that was not functional and we had to drive multiple hours on the highway without windshield wiper fluid which felt dangerous. The headlights were also so dim that it was difficult to see. The drivers side door was also not making a tight seal so there was a constant sound of wind boise throughout the drive. This was an experience that was extremely dissatisfying.

The Sunday return was horrible . Door scan code didn't work . It was freezing . Website asking for standard pictures that apply to truck rentals not trailers . All this with a low battery phone while rainy and cold was so stressful. But the stuff are great customer service providers.

The employee who took care of me when I arrived was Raevwn. Raeven was efficient, polite and extra professional. After being assigned a storage room, I went to the room only to discover it was beside an incline on the driveway. Without any hesitation, she relocated me to a more convenient room. Unfortunately, it was on the wrong side of London. My original pickup location was in the northeast quadrant. The truck at that location needed repairs. So why not keep in that quadrant by switching me to Clarke Road? Also, the Towerline site was out of blankets.....I had ordered several. The people at Towerline were very efficient and polite. But Uhaul itself was less than helpful....

I just had an issue with an alarm being set off every time I open my storage unit door. I called the help line service but the lady who spoke to me was very condescending with her tone and was unable to help. I had to call just to document my visit within allowed hours that I was not trying to break-in into the unit.

Rate went up 4 times in the roughly 2 years I rented. Also staff were normally rude/ unpleasant to deal with ( with the exception of kat. She was always helpful and nice. My unit was near the bay used to prep/receive trucks so I was often rudely asked to move vehicle even after I explained I would be 20 seconds . Also yelled at to keep off the grass that was brown and looked horrible. I didn't come to my locker very often but when I did it was usually unpleasant and felt like I was a bother not a customer.

Overall the last few years dealing with this storage facility have been great, with the exception of rent increasing twice in six months, but that's a corporate issue. Facility and staff are top notch. 10/10 would return and recommend to others.

There was red chalk?? all over our storage unit, even with most of our items wrapped some were damaged by it. No warning of gate locking and we're locked inside storage area and it took a long time to get someone who could get us out. The staff at the uhaul storage facility were fine though.

My unit got broken I to and was told they cut the fence and when I went there there wasn't even a fence at the back where my unit was. So the employee lied to me and claimed false actions. And there's not proper security and I did my own quick investigation of the place and learned more then the employees were willing to admit or even acknowledge. Missing thousands of dollars in equipment and tools. Not impressed one bit. And they kept increasing my rental rate randomly and without notice.

I could not get close to my unit most days with out having the staff move equipment first and several time after hours there was no one to do this. Also prices went up after 1st month with no notice. You key card post are also designed for low vehicles which also makes no sense since most people coming in are in trucks.

I had to look online to find it. As I had used this facility in the past. I had storage there for a Cpl years. I called as was in desperate need of Storage again and Kristina was able to set me up with the best she had for my needs right now! As I was enlightened to see she had a job promotion I congratulated her as I believe she was a very fitting candidate as she was always a very hard working individual when I was there in the past! She was very customer friendly and oriented! I have always recommended this location for storage or moving needs and have had friends use it! I find this to be a convenient location! Paying for a drive up unit should mean you are able to drive up during business hours at your convenience. However, where my unit was located, Uhaul employees used as a "hub" to park and service their moving trucks. There was never a time that I arrived on site and didn't find obstruction in front of my unit. There was also times I would be loading and unloading and asked to move to make way for their vehicles. If the layout of the business cannot be re-evaluated then the price for those units impacted should be adjusted for the inconvenience. Most of the employees were friendly however they could be more mindful of the requests they would make to customers, as I was always made to feel that I am the one inconveniencing them when that is not the case. Other customers do not have to deal with confrontation each time they access their units and that shouldn't be the case for the rest of us on that end of the strip. Head office also dismissed this as "unfortunate" and couldn't reach a resolution.

The only negative experience I had was when I moved out of the unit. The UHaul representative said she would check me out of of the unit shortly after I provided confirmation that I had moved out and was leaving the facility. I provided this confirmation, but she did not move me out of the unit. I had to call several days after the date of move out to get moved out of the unit.

Your company is crooked. Hidden fees and bs around every corner. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. But ya your floors were clean and the lights worked. Congrats. First of all, I would like to thank for high quality services at U-Haul. I began my interacton with this company in Winnipeg when I rented trailer for moving from Manitoba to Ontario. Staff was polite and clarified all questions how to use equipment and special features of U-Haul services. So I was sure that during long trip I can phone and get the advices at any time if necessary. One of convenience thing was free month storage in London, Ontario in addittion to renting of trailer in Winnipeg, because I need to leave my stuff for minimum 5-7 days before move in. At U-Haul brench on 95 Towerline Pl, London Ontario I got a fast and understandable service: all paper work, time of vailable to storage. Moreover, I was offered convenience size of storage, so I made sure to fit in all my stuff. In one of the day my vehicle was broken and I couldn't start my engine, so I need to towing my car to auto centre. It happened when I loaded my stuff on the territory of U-Haul. The guys from U-haul helped me to find towing company and recommended me the nearest car centre to resolve my problem. It was important for me because I was at first time in London. In a nutshell, I got a great experience of using U-Haul service in Winnipeg and London and certainly I would like to recommend others to use U-Haul company for moving.

I was suprised and amazed from the service I had with U hual, after I got rejected from the US border. They understand these situations and provide a storage room if needed. Thank you agian for all.

Stored household goods for approx 6 months. Entire unit was so filthy that I had to dispose of some items when taking them out. Staff response "traffic in and out causes that, it's normal" Never again

Never used storage unit before, so hard to rate. Staff were very helpful and well informed. Will see when rain and cold weather arrive if outdoor unit is still appropriate.

The staff very helpful when I had difficulty opening my lock. You should have lock cutters available.
