Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDuring the time that I had my stuff stored here which I’m gonna guess is probably 6 to 7 years maybe more they replaced the door and during the procedure they set some very heavy items on formed mats and damage my mats. I did get a claim for this, and they refunded my money by taking what I owed off my bill, which is not the way I wanted it. I wanted the actual refund but anyways I collected my stuff last week and it was so dirty. Everything was covered in dirt thankfully most stuff was in plastic totes or garbage bags but anything that wasn’t had a layer of dirt and dust on it. This storage room was so dirty. it was quite disgusting.
