Charles WI've done business with this location multiple times and have always been satisfied with the customer service and the rental. However, not so much with my last experience. There was a discrepancy in my final bill where the charge was more than it should have been. The young man checking in the vehicle starts explaining that the issue was with the gas not replaced in the vehicle, which was inaccurate. After showing him that the gas hand is exactly where it was when I took possession of the vehicle he then tells me there's a $20 charge or that I can go put $20 in it, which clearly makes no sense for me to do if he's attempting to charge me the same amount. I then asked him to show me an itemization of the charges only to find out that he was charging me close to an additional $60 in fuel. I pointed it out to him and he tells me that there's nothing he can do about it, in a very take it or leave it kind of way. So after going back and forth a few times with him I asked to speak to his manager who came out and almost immediately found his mistake and promptly made the right adjustments. I don't remember the names but the gentleman who checked me at the counter and also found the mistake was very polite and professional and is definitely an asset to Uhaul. The young man who made the mistake seemed to be new at his job and may need a bit more training. Best of luck...

ROGER HWhen I rented the U-Haul equipment in Calhoun Georgia, I rented it one way to Knoxville Tennessee and they charged me for a local rental and I ended up paying almost double. I've tried to contact customer service and Georgia traffic and Tennessee traffic and no one is helping me.

I would have appreciated more instructions to that particular keypad since there wasn't an actual gate. My unit also smells of mold and mildew, so I'm genuinely concerned about storing my belongings there but it's too late to choose another unit with movers coming tomorrow to move my items in.

The guy on the lot was not helpful and acted like I was bothering him as he complained about being too busy. The only reason I'm giving a good rating is because of Ray. He went above and beyond. I had to switch units because the one I reserved was too small and there were trucks parked in the way of the new unit I rented. Ray made it happen and took care of everything I needed, while being professional the whole time.

This company is a joke they've gotten too big for their bridges and they need to be knocked down a peg or 2. And the manager John Webber when I told him what the problem was well Ma'am I don't think he really did that so basically the man stood there called me a liar. And don't worry I will be leaving reviews everywhere on the Internet that I can Facebook Instagram Yelp Google all of it. I tried to solve this dispute and I was called a liar so you can have your review and I'm glad that it stays.

It seems someone was taking advantage of it so instead of looking at cameras to correct the perpetrator, they punished all of us! I was disappointed with corporate as when they emailed that they were charging my credit card, they refused to attach my invoice so I had to waste my time and John's staff time calling them to send the invoice to me! I tried to go on the website to get it one time. It was very difficult navigating through it to even find the invoice so I never tried again!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every part of the customer service side of the experience was very good. The only issue I had is that two my my units were on the second floor and there's no elevator to take heavy items up and down. It worked out fine but I wasn't really aware the units were on the second floor before getting there. Overall good experience though. I would recommend utilizing this facility.

Luckily residue is coming off wood furniture but some paper products ruined.

After that when I went in to discuss issue that I wasn't aware here's my new card I was told overcharge would be refunded, and it wasn't. Overpriced and arrogance, as if I needed your service. That's how I was treated. No I won't recommend you to anyone.

I rented one of the biggest units they had in climate control and it was on the top floor. Looking around it seemed like all the large units were upstairs and the small closet units were on the first floor. Seemed completely opposite of what you'd expect which made for a really long and tiring moving experience because of the ten stairs that had to be climbed with every load. That flaw in design is what really makes this storage unit rental questionable, because the staff was extremely friendly and the facility was super clean and well lit. A+++ for the staff and cleanliness, D for the storage unit design and practicality.

Since he left that store wasn't the same (still ok but not the same atmosphere ). Now I'm close to another location (all corporate stores) and it's not like his was either. When I put storage in Alcoa I saw he was there. Every employee was friendly and the same atmosphere as 15 years ago. Great job John and team!!

He only had a small unit available but our things wouldn't fit from the trailer we had rented so he gave us two! Being from California and moving to TN, I wasn't sure what to expect from the people but was overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality. Someone saw us struggling with a recliner and offered to help get it in the upstairs unit…..LOVE southern hospitality….don't know why I stayed in California as long as I did. I feel at home here and this was my first experience. Thank you UHAUL!!

I receive an email before hand letting me know what was happening and I did not need to do anything. The next time I went over to the unit, I found things in disarray. A mirror had fallen, bins were tipped over, etc. Nothing was broke, but scratches to some fallen frames were noted, keepsakes in the bind had shifted, wrinkling things. Not happy about that. Other than the one incident, everything else was good. In addition, when asking your questions on this feedback form, I would rather see ratings from say 1-5 instead of yes/no. In some cases I would have rated 3 or 4 letting you know it was not up to par. Instead, I answered yes because I didn't want to say no.

The storage facility is super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it had great security procedures and precautions.
