The truck had a leak in the ceiling which damage fragile items including artwork. Employees in Florida did not explain that we could include 12 blankets as part of the rental for $10, nor did they explain how to lock the back of the truck.

The truck had a family of cock roaches seemingly living within the seat cushions of the truck. It simply needed to be fumigated.

I rent for this location about 4 or5 times already and i will keep going if i need to move they always do a very good job i even left something on the truck and went the next day and it was there I'm very happy with the employees at this location 5 stars!

It's a good location, but customer service not exceptional. It wasn't communicated clearly what my backup options were if payment could not be made in store. Eventually I was told just to use the app, which was fine. But writing down customer debit card numbers shouldn't be done.

I would say if a customer is renting the bigger trucks for 24 hours and more should use the dolly for free for 1st time customers.. everything was great brought back the truck in one piece and I didn't get the name of the inspector who inspected the truck I returned.. he was very polite and helpful.. he made it so easily for me to understand what he's doing . Because for a first time customer who never driven a box truck he made pretty easily to understand and I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.. I would give this location a 10 stars ..

The staff at this location were wonderful! They were so nice and helpful. The 20 foot uhaul we rented ended up leaking in the back and water got all over our furniture and boxes. My complaint is with the truck not the staff!

I'm just upset about the extra day charge I was charged when the lady in the front knew about us having the rental for a full 24 hours. We originally made the reservation for 12 hours and asked if we can keep it for a full day and she said yes but never changed it in the system so we ended up being charged an extra $30

Felt a little rushed after filling my storage.

I was suppose to pick up the truck from Longwood, but they didn't tell me they didn't have a truck for me until I arrived there. Then I had to race over to a different store to rent a truck, but couldn't rent it for the whole day, which made a stressful moving situation, more stressful. Had the first store done their job to ensure there was a vehicle, all of the extra stress wouldn't have happened. I've always used U-Haul for my moving needs, but next time I think I will shop around.

I got a trailer and in the middle of my move, when the trailer was already full the door locked, and wouldn't close at all! It took us HOURS, and YOUTUBE VIDEOS, and getting different tools to get it fixed, on top of that the trailer floor was dirty and oily. To top it off this location had the worst customer service! Old dude from morning shift extremely rude, and honestly doesn't have patience for the job, you can tell he is mad about being there. Me and the fam always go to Uhaul, but this location was by far the worst and they made me come back to return the trailer, instead of allowing me to return at different location (which was an hour away).

I fought with his U-Haul for over 10 months to get this thing removed out of my name and I continuously was harassed and sent demands for payment of goods. There were to be sold at auction when the storage unit was left empty and the previous general manager a white female whose name I can't recall at this moment not Wendell, was made aware and said she would remove the lock and never did and I made them aware. I made U-Haul aware and I was continuously harassed. I may be seeking legal council. Just because I don't know the legality of hunting down someone to pay for a storage unit who paid his storage unit on time all the time when I moved out.

The staff is very rude and do not show any empathy towards their customers. There is only one young gentlemen that was of a lot of help, which I can't remember his name. But the other ones and the manager (lady) if there is more than one, was horrible.

They NEVER awnser the phone, than u go to central uhaul call who takes a message and MEVER GET A CALL BACK. They also not organized to put in the sistem, unit was return 8/31 clean and sweep, only TODAY 9/12 I get a closed

Moving in seemed pretty simple. But the move out process was poor. I have used u-haul for many years when I needed to move or store things. I was told on move in and out that there would be a pro rated rent for any time not used for the month. I confirmed the amount on the day we moved out, with 9 days used during that month. After 5 days, I still hadn't received any refund. I called and spoke with the manager and owner of the facility, both saying that it's not possible that I was told that. I am now being told that nothing can be done because it is a nationwide policy for no refunds and yet they are able to rent out the unit I have paid for and have no access to. I contacted corporate and initially was told that it was based on each location's discretion. The customer service representative on the phone at corporate was professional, but was unable to help on her end as the funds would have to be released from the store specifically. A few moments later being told that the policy did indeed change. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, this company's policy has now cost them my business and anyone else's that I come in contact with. This facility and staff in particular will never be recommended.
