Rick VActually U-Haul provided a great last minute service to our Dog Resccue Group as our own van had a break down and we needed to get a substitute van very quickly. They came to our Rescue!!!!

Edward NI don't like how they try to get over women. Telling someone the miles are 88 837 when it was really 88914 when i got in and only went 8 miles. Nonetheless just be cautious and a good person when you trying do business. No one has even replied to my text and reach out to me from that location i had to call them and all the associate told me to do was come in to the location. Anyway happy April and hope everyone has a good Easter. Shout out to Ruth at the call center who helped me!

DANIEL LPlease explain the after hours return procedure better. I downloaded the app as instructed but could not figure out how to return my trainer. I ended up having to call and ask the agent to walk me through it. The agent was very nice and talked me through the process without the app. I deleted the app from my phone and will not download it again.

eric nLake St operation was excellent. He cleared up all of the paperwork related to the lack of furniture covers at the pickup location and got me checked back in quickly. He wanted to know about rhe condition of the truck, any issues. He tested the air vents and door and found them to be as bad as I had indicated.

Carlos RHonestly I was very taken back by how professional my experience was. Bob H was there before the place even opened took us in right at opening hour. He not only was very polite but very professional and informative on ever question we had and was very transparent about the policy and how things worked for the transaction. I've used Uhaul many times in my life and never encountered a person so sharp and going above and beyond for the company like that. He made us feel very welcome and just all in all outstanding individual you have working for you. I will not only refer friends based on his performance but will gladly go to this location just to deal with him for any needs Uhaul related in the future. Thanks bob!
Tim RWalked in and immediately felt like I was a criminal. Have never rented with U-Haul and had my photo taken with an employees personal phone. Was super creepy and uncomfortable. Not the location I will rent from in the future.

Lissette RMy wife and I had our storage unit for 7 ½ years, and it's been a great experience. The facility is always clean, and we never worried about our belongings. What really sets them apart is the staff. Bob, Skylar, and Kevin(manager) went above and beyond to be helpful - they truly care about their customers. If you're looking for a storage unit and or Uhaul needs; I can't recommend them enough. Amazing location with great and personable staff. Thank you from the Andersons.

Wilmer SI’ve rented from U-Haul for years this time around they had me download an app take all these pictures of interior the back of the truck side of the vehicle driver and passenger side the process took about 20 minutes I feel like I’m taking someone’s job doing all of this extra work not to mention it was during an ice storm the drive way is uphill everything was covered in ice and I’m out here taking all these pictures for U-Haul. Front desk staff was great I feel like this app is way too much!

jeff sBefore I picked up the trailer, I got a call from a representative asking if I still planned to pick it up because I was running late. I let her know I would pick it up but was finishing up some last minute issues before going there. She stated in a very rude manner that if I'm more than 1 hour late, I would lose my reservation and it would be put back into the system for someone else to rent. I was shocked at the rudeness. The caller didn't come from the local office but some "corporate call center". The staff at the local store very good, pleasant to work with both when picking it up and when dropping it off. Other than the original caller, I would have given this place 5 stars.

Hannah FI just drove a 2500 mile round trip from Chicagoland to south of Waco TX and back for business with a 5 x 8 U-Haul box trailer, empty on the way down and full on the way back. About 20 000 people left Illinois for Texas last year and U-Haul charged them a premium to rent one way, then paid to get those units transported back to Illinois. This pattern does not look like it will end any time soon. It would have been wonderful to be able to drive down with no trailer (saving gas and time) and rent one-way from Texas to Illinois, but one way rental cost over three times what "local rental" was for four days. Maybe you should consider making it more attractive for people like me to pay for the privilege of returning some of those trailers from Texas to Illinois for U-Haul instead, just because it seems like it would make a lot more sense for both of us.

Rod OWell, I am please with all the help I have received from U-Haul throughout the year 2023. All the workers have truly been courteous and makes me feel good for my next vehicle rental experience.
Meade NOnly issue to report is I was not able to rent a two-wheel dolly since it was one-way, even though I had added it to the cart when I set up the rental. Agent indicated he could not rent it since it would not return and he would not have them for local rentals. Aside from that, truck performed well.

Contacting the location in regards to storage unit and access to the facility hasn't provided any customer and has completely made my moving experience beyond stressful. Provided feedback and concerns to customer service to contact GM of facility after customer service attempted several times to speak with GM no response and being told from customer service the GM will contact me. problems still exist, my moving is still pending and no updates on resolution, all due to u-haul not holding accountable parties accountable to the standards and policies that the company states it value

There was some kind of oil stain and it just wasn't a suitable place to keep a mattress that I intended to use again or really any of my other possessions, so I had to find a different storage facility. They also charge $10 extra per month to have access to your storage unit after 7pm, which was not disclosed when I initially reserved the unit. The staff was helpful and friendly, but everything else about my experience was pretty terrible.
