Bill RIt would be good if you included notes from your customers on their orders or if your staff called back like they said they would. Why do you make your customer wait 7 days after you have received their POD to pick it up their items. I was notified my POD had arrived early; I wanted to pick it up asap but I was told I was going to have to wait until my date of pick up that was scheduled. I had to drive to the pick up location to ask to get my POD early. The man there was accommodating. No one answers the phone locally; it is extremely frustrating.
BARBARA HI had an install issue and the store owner resolved the issue. The staff was nice helped me order the correct parts. They also called and told me that they can installed before the scheduled install date.
Isaiah BMy appointment was originally scheduled for 3/22/24; however, we were due to have severe storms that morning so I called to reschedule my appointment for 3/29/24. When I got to the location, I was told that the technician called me and changed the appointment to 3/30/24. I never received a call and I would not have agreed to 3/30/24 as this was Easter weekend. I changed the appointment to 4/4/24. I was told it would take 2 hours to complete and it was actually done a few minutes early. No discount to the mess up from the prior week; however, the job was done excellently.
Shellie PNo problem getting a storage space in the needed size. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we went into the office. The only concern is the dumpster is licated diagonally a ways from the office and entrance. There are frequently kids dumpster diving, literally, removing every item in the dumpster to the bottom. 1-2 kids jumped into the dumpster, guessing it is not in reach of security cameras distance. I'd think U-hail is a large business and when one of those kids get injured, or worse, U-haul will be no longer in business. Please take action to end this . Not like tge kids were "in need", as tgey had expensive bijes and wore football jerseys which, from experience, are quite expensive. Thank you!!

We did not refill the gas tank when we returned it but when we did fill the tank it was a little less than 1/4 full and it cost us $35.00. It was a little more than 1/4 full when we returned it so $55,07 seems a bit much!

Edward JYeah John's top notch when I first went to rent a unit I dealt with him that was before he had a staff it's very cordial and help me in every way you could any other thing I can say is has everything else goes up so does storage units please list tomorrow will be my start of my third year never thought I'd have to keep things to storage this phone I hope to not need your facility for much longer and I hope that you guys don't raise the rates anytime soon you've raised it from like $89 to $119 in 2 years!

I originally booked a van, but I had out-of-state license, and was unaware that was not acceptable until I arrived. No problem as Maddie spoke me through it and gave me the same mileage rate per van because no one told me about the out-of-state license for a van or pick up truck so I ended up getting the 10 foot box truck, which is allowed with out-of-state license, which was fine. Super great location to deal with.

tom sIn response to #5, the garage doors seem to always be not working. This should not be happening considering the money paid for units. Been renting storage units for over 20 years and we have never had this issue with the other facilities of similar layout.

Tina FI had a very small window to get the equipment and get to my destination before they closed. They were able to help me in the nick of time. One problem did arise and I cannot understand why it was so difficult. Problem was NOT with staff, but a UHAUL specific policy. I wanted to get the pickup truck, or the conversion van, and had to get the 10ft truck instead. Uhaul requires local (not the same state but the same town?) ID. I just moved to the area and recently used Uhaul for that move. But for a pickup I was forbidden to rent it. This almost messed me up getting to my destination as we had to scramble last second. Had I known, I would have been directed to a closer Uhaul near my home and gotten the 10ft box truck in the first place.

The owner was great, he credited the remaining time on the month I had prepaid to the new unit and gave me a full 24 hours to switch my unit to the smaller one. The facility smells clean and they were running the floor shampooer vacuum. I totally recommend this facility.

Norina pI arrived around 845 pm with storage and the garage doors would not open. I tried each door several times. The hours in my paperwork said storage access until 10 pm. I called the main number and she said there was nothing she could do, that the office was closed and I would have to come back in the morning. Luckily I had time and was able to come at 7am and drop it off before work.

Kevin S | Expérience généraleAt first signing contract papers everything went well. In the matter of 72 hours the staff totally made my partner and I feel like outcasts, they followed us everywhere, had one employee who came up and acted like she had dementia (or maybe she did) and talk to us for half hour each time, so she could scope out our storage, come to find out she actually lives in one of the units. The hours were 8am-9pm. The doors locked and you couldn't get in if you tried. Well the series of unfortunate events lead me to get a storage, along with no transportation and the beginning of being homeless. I was there at the facility when it opened with my belongings I moved by foot during the night, I was there several times during this 72 hours, and sometimes I was there longer then expected. However I had to fit my whole life into this small space and have access to it daily and know where the things I needed were especially in a hurry. So I took my time unpacking, and organizing. We were followed to the bathroom, and then bothered multiple times while we were using the bathroom. Accused of taking one of their carts, and after they found it never apologized for their wrong accusations. When they told us they were breaking the contract and we had to leave the property, they said it was because we were trying to live in the facility. I think society has really started to judge everyone based on the situations they have had to deal with in the past. It's sad, awful, and disappointing.

He is a person's person and has complete common sense and is also understanding. My family was homeless for 22 months and I am glad I walked into his store. I hope to eventually get my stuff into a forever home but until then and after if I ever need storage or U-Haul truck rental that is my store and I have told others to go there and they have. Thank you to the whole staff of Adults and they are really great people. I never do these so great job guys and again they are wonderful to deal with and super helpful.

A Hand Truck should also be Provided. Price Increase after 2 months was Ridiculous. When I was moving the last of my Items into the Facility I was stepping on Roaches. (NOT Palmetto Bugs). Access Doors should be Larger. When only 1 Rental truck fits in the Bay because the others are to small I think u screwed up. Seemed like U-Haul was trying to screw u over for every little thing with all the Extras. Below average rating is Because of the Bugs/Price Increase/access to carts.
BRIAN B | Expérience généraleThe entire staff is extremely helpful with kind attitudes. If there's an issue it is address as quickly as possible. Storage units are very clean, so are the restrooms. I do wish the lights had sensors in storage units, to know that you are in there. Because it does get very dark in some of those units when those lights go out. To get lights on you'll need to leave your unit and walk till the lights come back on. Either way very nice place.

From the customer side of things, the place seemed very well operated. 5 stars, would recommend.

A little education to you is that hearing aids are set to amplify noise and those doors are extremely loud on top of the hearing aid it is awful.

You should only allow customers to use one cart at a time and not allow them to load a cart and let it sit loaded without moving for extended periods. Every time I came to the facility it was difficult to get a cart.

I call and uhaul after two hrs moves my reservation farther down the road then I can't get in. Is it's after 10pm so then I had to pay up front online and on phone cuz they couldn't say if the first uhaul was going to let my contract go and I get my first month rental free like online said so then they said they refunded the monthly charge to my acctount then when I get the truck rental charges ack there's almost 80$ in charges that I was in aware of

I was evidently the first tenant and did not know access would be limited, but Kat gave me her personal number and said she would meet me with a 24-hour request. The facility appeared to be very clean, but still needs some painting and sprucing up! Appreciate the fact I was allowed to open a storage unit prior to the grand opening!
