A payment was made for the month of Oct on the first of Oct. I emptied my unit on Oct 2. I feel there should be a partial reimbursement of the payment. This faculty was full (no empty units available) until I emptied mine. I was told this by the staff member. I’m sure they will rent immediately so U-Haul will be getting renting twice for the month of October.
