You should be able to remove the hand truck and mats. they were in my way.

ED LDespite having fully checked in online, I had to answer the same questions again at the pickup counter. What's the point of the online checkin? The woman at the checkin counter was obviously overwhelmed as the place was understaffed, and she was rather surly about it. The gentleman outside who hooked up the equipment was amazing. Fast, thorough and efficient while being very friendly and personable. That man deserves a raise!

john bthe people in this location gave me a dirty van from inside and need a repair call me after because they weren't aware, it's end by charging me more than i expect, i return the van on saturday and they didn't check in and call me on sunday asking when i will return the van and they charge me for one extra day plus there is extra charges need to be dispute

DANNY NThe truck I drove needs to be put to rest. I as araid when I accelerated that the transmission was going to blow up. This truck had over 170 000 miles on it and needs to be retired. The employees at the store on check in and check out where wonderful. I highly recommend this location . The truck is just tired and needs to be put to rest.

Ben and Jim were always great and willing to help make sure I had everything I needed. I had a different experience upon moveout and dealing with a couple of other associates (names unknown) but it is something hopefully they will learn from and be better to help customers in the future.

Vytautas SUnfortunately the truck had some real issues when it came to the drivers side door which wouldn't lock unless you slammed it shut really hard, however the really bright spot was the desk agent Lisa C (i believe this is her name who helped me at the desk) she really goes above and beyond both with her customer service and her acknowledgement of Veterans and their service (because of her family background) she is a assets to your company for sure.

Charles HEmployee was extremely clueless on anything technical with the computer which lengthened my time at the place. Upon ringing me up, left me to fend for myself on how to find my truck and resolving issues if I had any.
Anthony RThe 24/7 pick up is a joke. It was freezing outside. And the agent wanted two contacts to verify. And the system wasn't taking my wife's number. On top of that. She wanted to call both contacts. I rent uhaul trucks several times a month. All over the country. With the same credit card and name. Never a problem on my end. And yet i am still vetted like I'm some crack head trying to rent a truck. I am renting these trucks for my business. I have a corporate account with Penske. But have been using uhaul more frequently. You think they would realize this and treat me as a regular customer. Instead of someone who has never rented there before. I had just rented a truck at that location the previous week. Went out to Boston and rented a truck there for 3 days. And then returned to the same location to pick up a truck after hours. And the agent wants to have multiple contacts and call them all. This was BS!

My only two complaints are: the bathroom was usually a wreck (unclean, out of toilet paper etc.) and the elevator always smelled horrible...I do wish that dollys were available for use just like the carts as sometimes the carts are not helpful, but I understand that they would disappear too easily. Thanks U-haul. It's been a blast!

However, when it came time to pay for the storage unit, the location changed to the wrong city. The first representative I spoke to said that I would have to drive to the other city to cancel the unit. The second representative I spoke to canceled the wrong location and left the contract open for the unit that I did not want. After speaking to three representatives, I decided to use a different storage company. U-Haul is overpriced for the terrible customer service they have.

Caroyln P | Expérience générale1. I believe the cost was too high 2. I didn't like the reduced hours once I made an arrangement to settle and move out by a certain date. As a regular renter the access hours were fine, it was only after I made arrangements to move out that it appeared things were being made harder for me. I also didn't like that my daughters name was removed from the lease and she had to get a signature from me to move her things out of the storage unit. Some how I went from being a co-signer to being the only one on the lease and that should have never happened. I never received a call or notification of that and neither did my daughter. 3. I didn't like how the alarm went off each time when I opened my unit. This was even after I paid the settlement amount. 4. I didn't like the beat up latch on the unit that was like that when I moved in, it was always a struggle to unlatch the door to open the unit. I assumed that during my time renting, it would be switched out or repaired but it never was. They maintained the grounds but left broken latches in place. I noticed many other units with what appeared to be bent or beat up latches as well. This should be resolved. 5. I didn't like the LACK of DIVERSITY at this location. There are all types of people that live in Bolingbrook a suburb of Chicago one of the most diverse cities in this country but I saw SO diversity at this location (for 2 years) and I think it would have made a difference and would have been friendlier. In general I would look elsewhere before I rented from UHaul storage facility the next time.
