LINDY MAGGI | Premières impressionsThe staff is amazing and friendly. Always a clean bathroom too. Out of my 20 years in LA with several storage units all over the place. Your on-site manager Freddy has been the absolute BEST. He runs a tight ship over there. In fact, my experience at this location has been so positive I always rent trailers and trucks with UHaul. I've had that unit for years and in the beginning the lighting wasn't that good for the indoor area. Now it looks well lit. The security and code is impeccable. A lot of good security cameras too. It feels safe and that's important to me. Another weird thing, is that the store is layed out nice and I always want to buy something and I really don't need it. One negative thing is that the rodents chewed my Persian rug and my stuff kind of smells like pest spray. It comes with the turf. The rug was old. Just a little constructive criticism. Fell behind on my unit and wanted to keep but at the end after paying the balance off completely he continue to charge outrages fees for wrong dates. I asked for a complete summary and denied my request. Not helpful at all. They just wanted to clean and move us out. Email confirmations have wrong dates and one after another. I wouldn't recommend storage units here. Ending up moving down the street elsewhere. Less headaches.

The person I talked to said there was a ten foot by ten foot unit available and that if I wanted it I had to rent it then as there was no reserving. I went to get money and when I returned I was told by a different person that unit was reserved. I was put on a waiting list and was called two days later as a different unit had become available, so I did get that unit. It worked out just fine thank you.

I'm assuming he's new but with how much he struggled it felt like he still needed training or someone assisting with the check in. Our unit now has a few different peoples information on it simply because my spouse and I can't have the same address? How does that even make sense. Then when confirming what I reserved he rattled off the wrong unit. So we had to correct that. Once we got through the actual check in he handed us a map and flagged down someone to take us back to the unit. This is where I would rate the entire experience poor at best. There are random vehicles just stored everywhere. There is no clear access to our unit. What was most frustrating was due to the fact you can't actually drive up to our unit (poor planning and layout on uhauls behalf) he didn't mention maybe backing the trailer up so we could at least cut down some of the foot traffic. It's frustrating because we rented a rather large unit and you physically can not drive up to the thing. Had I known how poor the layout was I wouldn't have chosen the facility at all. Staff was ok but clearly needs training. The facility itself is a mess.

Danny offered great customer service when renting out the truck as well, offered to help move out of the spot, checked to make sure i had my dolley, and made sure the truck rental was ready to go and safe to use!

The unit is going to be re rented within days and on the website I did not see anything advising I wouldn't be refunded for remaining time. Definitely not recommending uhaul and probably avoiding it as much as possible.

Above average experience because of Fairelynn who is amazing and extremely helpful and friendly given how busy the place is. Poor experience due to the Manager (not sure of his name) who was rude and condescending. I would not recommend for storage, there's just too much going on with moving vans, retail store, etc doesn't seem secure or convenient.

I used the storage unit for over three years and Freddie lived up to all the agreements that we agreed upon the day I rented the storage space. I renting an inside temperature controlled unit. All the items remained clean, safe and in original condition. Highly Recommend!

The sloping ramps (loading and off-loading) were a deal-killer. I am quite relieved to not have to deal with that again

I get that people extend their rental, which is what we did Saturday morning to be met with scare tactics and a severely upset employee from Canyon County location. Corporate UHaul is great with customer service but there really should be someone who does quality control checks on independent stores. They will be receiving a review from myself that will reflect the service I received.

I really think U-Haul has a unique advantage over all others. For the first time, we used the recommended movers.com to help us. Much to our dismay, the movers in AZ cancelled at 11:00AM. We were charged and additional $140 for the last minute replacement. As a company, they are not up to the same standards that U-Haul has. Even though it was their mistake, they made us pay for it. Our hands were tied since we were on a tight schedule. I hear that you are not associated with them, just thought you might want to know about our experience with the first mover group, especially since they didn't show up, we can't put that experience on their website I am told. We have always enjoyed U-Haul and the 26 foot truck was totally awesome, a great drive and a great deal! Thanks to U-Haul for always being there for us and the extremely fair pricing! uriel aquino | Expérience généraleEverything fine.....except I lost my key to my lock (that was in the unit when I rented it).....Uhaul did not have a record of the key so i could obtain a duplicate. Therefore i had to call a locksmith for $100. It will teach me to not misplace my key. It would be nice if Uhaul could always keep a duplicate of their clients keys. Everything else good.

The young man behind the desk was cheerful, but the facility was woefully understaffed during Christmas week. I also had to re-enter data that I had done in advance, online.

The employee said the computer reported the gas level low and hit me with a $20 gas charge.. It is a real shame that U-Haul would, trade customer loyalty for $20, but that was you decision. Unless forced, I will not be back.

Since I was in need a storage unit, I had no choice but to settle for a higher priced space all because this location did not honor my reservation. Got a call 10 days later saying rent was due, after we told them they looked at the note in our file to see we were out.. They said we were good. Then on 8-1 we get an e-mail saying we are late on our rent and have a $20 late fee, so now I have to send an e-mail, because I can't get through by phone to say again we were out on 7-15. Communication sucked, don't think I would recommend you for storage.
