Tire was very low, told rep at site and he said to bring it to him to fill it. Brought it to him and his machine didn't work. I had to take it to a gas station band do it myself. Very inconvenient since truck was large and difficult to maneuver at a gas station. I also got mis charged at the end. Just got my credit card bill. I got charged for 139 miles rather than 22 miles that I actually used. I told guy before renting that online it is giving wrong mileage. He said don't worry take pic and they will adjust it. It never got adjusted. Now have to go through hassle to get it fixed. Very disappointed

Upon arrival line was really long to pick up so I was a bit worried But in no time I was checked and on my way. My vehicle was a little dirty inside. But at least it didn't smell like a smoker. Over all good service great truck. Will use again.

Tell them that u have to check in at the location on site !!! It on your phone when your mobile And then you can avoid the $20.00 charged for not staying on site

They don't guarantee your advance online order, they tried not to give the appliance dolly that I booked online, until I ask for a Manager then suddenly they found one. The worst part is that they gave same dolly to a customer after me, is there any customer preference??? I hope you treat your customers equally.

APP HAS A LOT OF KINKS. I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO RETURN THE TRUCK AT 630 THE APP SAID 5PM. I WENT ON LINE TO DO THE 24/7 SO I WILL NOT HAVE TO WAIT WHICH I DID ,OR A LIMIT OF TIME TRYING TO RUSH SO I CALLED AND THE TIME WAS CHANGED OVER THE PHONE, THE PERSON SAID THE APP MUST HAVE CHANGE THE TYPE OF RESERVATION.BETTER INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE ALL THE PICTURE TAKING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WOULD BE NICE

When I first came in to the office today I came early because I wanted to be able to have a truck however when I arrived be female associate told me that there was nothing available and I told her I asked her not even for four hours and she said no she looked at me stone faced and told me no. I turned around I walked back in the line the third person now and the line reserve myself a truck which I wanted to begin with and check out my truck with a different sales associate. How could you have somebody turned me away and tell me there's no trucks available when there were trucks available? She was very rude and she did not try to accommodate my needs and then the less I gave up my storage that I was leaving allowing a new tenant to come in making you guys money for Another week on rentals that I had already paid for and somebody had actually wanted my unit and I walk with her to the office and gave the OK. However that female associate that was working today should not be employed with your firm because she is a very horrible rude Person. I have rented two storage units Q U-Haul's and a third one today giving you guys hard earned money and to be treated like that by her was unacceptable. I hope somebody will address the situation. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share

Online checkout gets a little confusing and time consuming

Only 1 day rental at 19.99 I returned with extra gas than required. Overcharged almost $67.00. for: mileage- 1 x .49=..49 cents gas $7.12 tax, and 2 extra days of rental 39.99. Insurance-Quoted $10.00 charged $20.00 Gas $7.12 How many other people are being defrauded?! Disputing with Canyon Country, CA U-Haul, my bank, and reporting to Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and posting on social media to warn others of locations' intentional practice of ethical wrongdoing. Other than that, the vehicle was great! Local reviews warned of overcharging, I should have gone to another location. U-Haul locations are franchises.

The truck you gave me stalled out 4 times on me and I had to keep it in neutral while at a stop light to keep it from stalling on me . Although the customer service was great the vehicle was not. This will not stop me from coming back to rent again. Hope you can fix this problem. Thank you

The share app technology did not work after multiple attempts. Myself and another customer had to wait for close to 20 minutes. Once the manager realized that the barcode had an issue, I had to wait in line before he had to cancel my reservation and start a new one. I waited for over half an hour total. As I was billed for time, I am not sure I was billed the correct amount. The whole idea of this technology is to reserve in advance, walk up scan a barcode, give keys to your vehicle finish the process and drive away. None of this worked.

I had issues returning my Van. I was told i had the wrong location and was almost charged extra fees even though i arrived at the location stated on my service contract. I had to wait in line to reslove the issue. Also i was charged a late fee for having the truck an additional day even though i brought it back on the correct day just later than the time that was on my contract. I understand the reason for late fees just seems like a poor way to treat customers

Perhaps the California location could be different, and maybe more caring and professional than the NY location. The person who cleared the return was very understanding of what I had endured during my trip from NY

I've rented from this location many times. The staff there is helpful and friendly. When returning the vehicle after hours and through the app. The process needs to be simple and quicker. Sometimes the app cannot read the drop off location and takes way too long to process. It's also a bit frustrating that the app does not save your general info when logging in to reserve truck. If you want customers to use it more often make it super easy and quick.

I do wish that there was a bit more of emphasis on the fact that most vehicle insurance policies do not cover "commercial vehicles." I discovered this after I declined coverage with U-Haul (it is very expensive IMHO) and had to go back, pay for an extra day and have contract cancelled and rewritten.
