Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Only gripe, I would have preferred 24 hour access. Everything else was everything once could ask for. Very clean, temperature maintained, and convenient.

Mark SAs I have been using this space over the last year and a half, I have noticed increasing amounts of mouse droppings in my unit. I could see where mice had been in some of my boxes due to the presence of droppings and chewed packaging in addition to lots of poops on the floor. In the past year and a half, I was always in a hurry to get in and out due to my work schedule out of town. I, finally, notified Management yesterday and was moved to a new, clean unit. I, recently, returned a rental trailer expecting to have a month free rental. I would like that free month applied to the month of March since this is my last month in the space and I had to move due to all the disgusting mouse poop. I plan to remove all I things the end of the week into another U-Haul trailer.

David LThe heat didn't work. It would come on intermittently, but no heat. With it being 40 degrees out, it got a bit chilly. Passenger door wouldn't stay closed. Found that out on 690. Had to pull over and address that. Took about 20 minutes. Once I got it closed, my wife would crawl out of the drivers side so we didn't have to deal with it again. The first call center rep I spoke to sent a msg to the facility, the facility never reached back out to me. I called back, the next rep blind transferred me to another rep after being on the phone with me for 10 minutes, then the next rep blind transferred me as well. I went to the facility, the rep at the desk did not know how to cancel a storage unit reservation. I've never worked for Uhaul but I was able to walk him through the dashboard to cancel/refund. It took 20 minutes.

You really need to fix these system issues!
