Shanette L. | First ImpressionsI've used this facility twice and both times, they upsold me because even though I made a reservation, they had run out of the storage unit size that I requested and had to give me a larger unit (and also charged me the price for the larger unit.). There is also a mouse problem and there were quite a lot of mouse droppings (along with dead mouse) in our unit.
