Staff were friendly. One disappointment was there were no utility dollies / hand trucks to rent. I had to buy one on site and it performed well and I wasn't overcharged for the convenience.

Andrew MCustomer service was excellent. The only possible improvement would be to assure every vehicle had a full tank of gas to start. I started with 1/8 of a tank. The facility in Columbia, PA is where I returned the truck and I was treated well there.

Joseph GWhen we picked up the trailer we were given one that didn't match what was on our rental paperwork. We were told they would fix it but discovered when we dropped it off at a different location, it hadn't been fixed. An easy drop off turned into almost an hour of BE trying g to get the number corrected so we could return it and leave. The source and destination location people were very nice and helpful but if it hadn't been messed up in the first place, we wouldn't have had the hassle. Not sure I would rent from this location again.

Patti RUsed the storage for our boat for 3 years. It was reasonable at first as a means to cover boat and have electric. The electric only goes on few a few hours at night which is not good for boat battery I've been told. Rate increases of over 25 % over the past 3 years we decided to move it elsewhere. It was clean, safe and convenient to Jordan Lake.

ROMAN MWe reserved a truck to move two refrigerators, and a front-load washer and dryer. We were also moving an 8 foot sofa. We reserved an appliance dolly to help with this moving job. When we got there, they provided a standard dolly-they didn't have an appliance dolly. We needed to drive 30 minutes to another UHAUL facility and 30 minutes back to get the larger dolly we needed to get the job done. At least, notify us that the reservation was incomplete…

Paul ACustomer service/main number quoted a delivery rate from storage and then said it was not setlater on and charged more. We were given different rates upon requesting deliver from $300-440 (original quote was $85) Manager in Chapel Hill storage was extremely rude and unprofessional and threatened to hold our property and not deliver it at all. Customer service rep called us after we filed a complaint and she was ruder than the Chapel Hill manager. She was not helpful and despite acknowledging the the recorded call where the rep quoted $95 delivery she harped on legalese (that was not articulated to us) that prices could change. Will NEVER use again and will post bad review bc people should be aware before they are held hostage once the process has started.

carla BRV storage area needs some love and could be cleaner.. Lots of debris blowing around in there. I had to frequently bring my personal leaf blower to clean out off my RV space. Also - please ensure that there is always access to the RV dump station if needed. Otherwise, we had a great experience. Merci.

Faasolo LI have used Uhaul many times, this location tops any of them. The staff was amazing. They had problems scanning my ID, their patience was incredibly. Very friendly and much respect. When I had to deliver my rental back it was pouring. This poor young lady did not care. She was outside, unhooking my car in all of it. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent from UHAUL.

The locked entry door to our facility (Building B near unit 012) has been broken for almost a year which mans our unit was NOT secure. We brought this to the attention of the staff many times and were told this was reported but it was NEVER fixed. We have been customers since May 2021 and had several units with U-Haul, our last unit was a 15x20. We planned to stay with U-Haul indefinitely but rates kept increasing and the 20 % rate we were offered when we secured our unit and prepaid one year in advance was taken away by the area manager without any discussion. We appealed this decision and were told there was nothing that could be done to keep our business at the discounted rates we were promised. You lost a good customer who was paying $4000 annually for storage. We are now using Public Storage.

When I got the the storage facility I asked if I could use a dolly and was told by the manager that I had to rent one. Your customer service sucks. It's all about the money with Uhaul.

The HVAC unit broke and it took 2 months to get the climate control back within acceptable limits. On another occasion, the manager said lightening struck the building, so it took more than 3 months to get the cards to open the door to our unit. We had to go to the front desk every time to have someone open up. Rude staff. Unhelpful. Disgruntled.

I had two climate controlled storage units and one covered RV parking. All we're supposed to linked to auto draft, but they weren't. When I've rented trucks or trailers they just give you the number and you have to go find it yourself. When renting trailers you have to connect and disconnect yourself. Poorly run in my opinion.

Since I was moving from a second story apartment with MANY boxes this was unacceptable!! The clerk did try to find a dolly from another facility but was not successful. The truck that was recommended did NOT hold all of my belongings. Also I thought I had reserved the largest climate controlled storage unit but when my truck with belongings arrived they did NOT have the unit Available. So I wound up having to rent 2 units which cost A LOT more. I would recommend that you personally check your truck and storage unit BEFORE your moving day. I didn't and got scr***d. It wound up costing me significantly more than I budgeted for

Wine stored there was ruined and I was unable to sort through the belongings as needed because working in the heat made me ill. A repairman was there but the problem was not resolved. The staff was great but I was very upset. Precious has gone above and beyond . The premises are safe and clean. The entire staff professional and helpful.

This resulted in a loss of over $200, an amount hard to accept in these difficult times. I believe I should have been compensated for the unused time as the facility can now rent the space a gain.
