Why I was charged $20 extra. When I dropped vehicle in 6 hrs and charge is mentioned as after hour. It is a ripoff, pure stealing. Never ever in future if I rent, I will rent for 24 hrs.

I come to this location all the time and this the first time I get charged for returning the truck with less gas. I alway do my due diligence to make sure I fill it all the way and keep my receipts. Today I trusted the employee at the front she told me to just hand her the keys and they will check out the truck later and send over a receipt. Never again will I do that. They changed me $10 buck saying it's not full someone there stealing and not trust worthy. I have family members that work for uhaul that's management and will make a complaint.

Scott HavlakThe problem is that the truck must be delivered to the same location in Clarkston, and my experience with them was bad because I wanted to deliver the truck to a second location, but they refused and said that you must pay a fine of $300 or return the truck to the location from which you received it in Clarkston, and the employees’ behavior was good.

Where is the drop box ? Now I have to drive back in the AM because the drop box was not obvious and I never got an email saying what to do with the key. I don't blame the staff for this, they were fine - this is all bad process from management.

Keshay TuckerMy truck i had order want available at the moment I arrived. They gave me a smaller truck, which wasn't really the problem. The truck itself though had many issues and basically wasn't safe to drive. The mirrors were not adjustable at all, the engine check light was on the entire time. The whole truck was extremely shaky and felt unsafe to drive in, with or without items in it. I didn't even want to go get gas for it because it was Dark and I didn't want to be in the roads any more when I returned it. Also the bacon driver side door is open while you drive. This truck should be retired and honestly I believe I deserve some type of discount. This truck really made my move harder since I literally had to take longer routes on the roads just because it was safer to do so based on how the truck performed. I want to be clear there was no issues with the workers but only with my truck.

I get that such things happen, but it would have been nice to know that in advance, for I had movers, requested through U-Haul, meeting me at my home shortly after I picked up truck. My wife and I tried 3 U-Haul places in the Tucker area: two did not answer the phone so we left a message, and one did not have a dolly either. We had to move furniture without the requested dolly. Is U-Haul experiencing a furniture dolly shortage? Otherwise, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend the Northern Ave. location to anyone looking for a load vehicle rental.

Tilson ZinamonThe staff were great and very helpful. However the mobile check-in process was slow, glitchy, and difficult to navigate. I ended up having to finish checking in at the counter, because mobile check in kept booting me out and making me log back in, couldn't find my location, called my verifier multiple times without logging that verification had been completed, and so on. The staff were great and explained the process thoroughly, and check out was quick and painless. But I would not try to use the mobile system again.

Even after I paid before the auction date, my lock was cut and replaced. It was a headache trying to get my key to work on a new lock. They finally let me know it was a new lock. Why? I paid my late dues and extra unexplained fees. My rent was for $75 and all of a sudden went up to $95. I came in one time and a customer was in front of me. They could not complete their transaction because it required a manager. The clerk was stressed out, as well as the customer and myself waiting. The excuse was, "thr manager had to take her kids to school". I found that unacceptable when trying to manage a business. She gave the clerk what was needed over the phone to complete the process. Overall, no one was rude and they were professional most of the time (95 %). I did not like being put on hold and then being transferred to the national line when my issue was with that local location. Then I was told I needed to drive an hour to make a payment in person or to speak with the manager. Otherwise, the experience was typical and expected. The calls after being a day late was annoying after having this unit for almost 4 years. Thanks
