Apparently I was a couple of gallons short of the Mark and the attendant charged me $30 service fee plus $13 for gas, which was ridiculousand the dollar 39 a mile to me is a little high

Stacy JInez, the manager/installer was fantastic. We had the 4-pin to 7-pin/4-pin conversion and a brake controller installed. Her work was very clean and professional. Her attention to detail was top notch. Our hitch receiver was originally installed at this facility more than 10 years ago. When the electric module for the 4-pin trailer connection went bad a year ago, we had it replaced at this facility. They know what they are doing. Inez and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Don't like this lying. Too lazy to check it in when we returned it. Then you had the nerve to charge us an after hours fee!! Don't think so. We are regular customers and have a storage unit with you as well.This is underhanded and very poor customer service.
John UOffice closed at 7pm got there at 7:05pm. Attempted to self checkout. Way too cumbersome of a process. Left truck and keys charged $20 extra for them to do their jobs. Ridiculous. Keep the change. Won't be back.
David VGot a truck with a check engine light on and drove off because supposedly they didn’t have a scanner to remove it but along the way to Hayward truck gave me a lot of issue going up and down the hills it bogged a lot and wasted a lot more gas than usual got back very late and now I have to get a ride back home hope U-Haul can make my bad experience a lot better

Oscar A | Expérience généraleThe reason I could not follow through with move in is due to a conflict with one of the account holders. I do not know the persons name. A man that was with the woman moving things out misunderstood my friend and my actions. I was showing my friend binoculars and apparently the man thought we were taking pictures of him. He made rude threatening sexually expressive gestures that are inappropriate and appeared to want to start a fight. We tried to explain his mis perception but he drove off in the uhaul truck. In order to avoid future conflict, I immediately approached the office to cancel the order and never even entered the storage area doors. The agent kindly allowed me to cancel and I had explained the situation. I have two disabilities and decided to take the "higher road" to avoid conflict with other customers. I had even sensed something about that man that made me uneasy before the conflict. As if I could see his auro as a potentially violent probably personality disorder type person. I have assets and am very known in my community and decided to leave the situation. My helper that day was upset and stated that he would stand up to the man who threatened us. I was very sickening and disappointing. In a way it was a form of harassment. It happened so fast I didnt realize the depth of how it could have come down.

Never friendly or accommodating. the lights in the storages did not work, i emptied out my storage with no lights. i would not recommend this uhaul to anyone.

I moved out of California, unfortunately June 4th only dat movers could come, was charged full rent till July 4th, including insurance on empty units, as soon as units empty they put ready to rent tags on, my daughter went to office to demand those be removed, she replaced my locks on and had to go back on June 27th to surrender units. Why the double dipping? Why insurance on empty units?? I never had problems before this, but will never use U-Haul again, no matter what. I have had a total of 5 units throughout the years, but never again!!!!

Regular customers should be instructed parking in dock is only for loading & unloading Uhaul trucks! There was plenty of parking in nearby lot. Perhaps a security guard present could fix this issue.

I'm not happy with the fact I was prorated on my month when I signed up but when I checked out in the middle of the month I was told no prorated month! So you take money for a half month, but you don't return money if you leave early?! That's wrong. I was told you pay for a whole month should've stayed for a whole month! Several times while on auto pay my billing was subject to a penalty for being late! A mistake by management. I had to take time out of my day to go and request they fix their mistake. And again No sorry here's a little discount on the next month. The homeless situation is also a downside. Adjacent parking lot is filthy and homeless are roaming and asking for handouts.

I asked if I could pay a fee to dispose of a small nightstand. I was told the manager had to look at it on a cart so I walked back, pulled it out of the unit, and put it on a cart, and walked back to the office where I was told that they do not dispose of furniture. When I cleaned out my storage units, I still had 27 days left that I had paid for. I thought they should refund the money for the days not used, but they didn't.
