We left because we were noticed on a second rate increase in a year. Because of that we started pricing others and found another climate controlled facility, with a larger unit, for less than what we'd be paying after the increase. I can't look in your books to say why the prices needed to increase again, and maybe demand allows for it, but it drove us away from your facility.
