Saw a CSR walk out Lock eyes with me and proceed to walk to the hitch bay across the street. I was approached by several other clients needing propane asking if I worked there. I walked inside with my fiancée, to return the key. We waited for the GM to finish up on the phone to hand him the key. A new different CSR walks in and my fiancée give him a heads up that there is a few people waiting for to which he responds "OK, I don't know, I just got here". This location and its employees are a joke. 716058 has fallen short of my expectations. P.s still can't see the dang return slot that well

Starting with when I got there and the next day I return in the trucks everyone I interacted with (different associates) all had an attitude like they didn't want to be there. Every time I asked a question they seem to be bothered that we were asking. I really don't think I will be coming to this U-Haul for my next move. I will do the drive even though it's a bit farther for better customer service and people that genuinely care for the customer.

I had a few questions and the girl working there just kept saying "look at the app everything you need to know is on there." She could have answered the questions since i didn't have the app on my phone. They couldn't even explain the process of the rental. They didn't have the dolly I requested available there, i don't know why they have it on the website that they do. The Uhaul had no gas in it, it was on Empty. The truck was clean, it had a couple of dents on it but overall it drove well.

robert robinsThere was one person helping 10 people when I first arrived. The internet was the issue, and customers stormed off. Dropping off the trailer I couldn't find anyone. Then I was told by a fellow customer to drop off across the street. I unhooked the trailer and left it in the lot. Went back to tell some one and found a person with a U-Haul shirt but stated didn't work at this location. I will not recommend this place nor go back.

Sharon CuttsMy mileage was less than 40 miles, I was charged for 60. I was told there would be a discount for adding extra gas, there was none. I rented a utility dolly, there was none and I was given an appliance Dolly. There was no loading ramp. The driving seat did not adjust C (it was stuck and employee had to force move the seat). I've rented her before and had a positive experience however this rental was less than satisfactory and a rip off. I am still waiting for manager to return my call regarding incorrect invoice.

So unprofessional also while unloading my stuff into the storage my mover walked out and they just closed the doors behind him while he was about to walk back in to put the lock on my unit. The guy who was on duty was speeding in the parking lot in the uhaul truck he could have ran someone over if they were walking across. This is so dangerous

Since the pandemic, it's hard to find good customer service, but the customer service at this location was excellent and the staff was friendly, professional, courteous, and very helpful. MARY RICHARDSON | Expérience généralei canceled my uhaul storage because of false advertising. i booked a unit for a medium, which on the website would fit a 2 bedroom (up to 1500 sqft). i had a two bed that was 790 sqft so it should've been more than big enough. the storage was so small my couch (L sectional) wouldn't even have fit in there. There weren't any other available units so I decided to go to a different storage facility. This has nothing to do with the storage facility itself, and is more of a disappointment with UHAUL's website and false advertising. the employees at UHAUL were great.

I met this young man in August of 2018 and i just moved out of my 10×10 storage unit June 17th. 2023 even though I was pass due my payday and i had informed him that i was finally moving out and gave him my date he made sure that he had updated my status and let his crew know of me leaving after almost 5 year's. I Love This U-haul store they Took of care of my thing's. And i was the type of customer that didn't always come and check up on my unit i just made sure my payment's were on time for almost 5 long year's. Angela Erickson | Online Move InI first rented too small of locker. Big mistake on my part. I called thinking I would be able to change the reservation to a larger locker. The number I found says it's the Rialto location, but after pressing 2 for "all other inquiries" I thought it was always forwarding me to the 1800 #. The person there said they changed me to a larger locker. But after doing the online check in, I see it's still says it's the 4' locker. So I try calling in to try to salvage this order maybe perhaps after they were already preparing the 4' locker. Thought I needed to contact the store for that, but really wasn't sure if that was possible. They do only have like 1-3 employees there so thought it will never happen anyways. I was transferred to the 1800 number, then to a "scheduling department" who said "changing rentals is not what they do" then to a number that rang for awhile but then just went silent with no ringing etc. So hopelessly I thought my only option is to start over and book another locker. After going through getting another reservation though, it wouldn't allow me to do that online check-in on that same day. So I still was stuck. Called in, somehow actually ended up taking with the actual store, and they booked another locker. I would still appreciate a refund for the 4' locker though. Don't know how you could make this process easier, but some of these steps of changing reservation, contacting store etc. Could use improvement.

When I got there they did not have a unit reserved for me as I was told. I spent 15 minutes to reserve that unit but had to reserve another one and travel to D St and Rialto.

I rate the service 9/10! However, during my moving out process I saw a rat on the second floor. I asked if they had an issue with rats in the facility and the man said no. However, I saw a rat creeping around the storage. This made me anxious about my belongings staying in the storage. I'm so glad that my belongings were clean and did not have rats in it. The next morning, I proceeded to close the storage and do a move out. That same rat was there dead on the middle of the ground between storages 2140-2150 when I was removing the lock on my storage. Please beware of the sanitary conditions of this facility.
