Adelin IAlthough my truck broke down, and threw a big monkey wrench into my plans, Stephanie from that U-Haul location took the problem serious and got everything in motion quickly to help me out and gave me a complete refund. I know dealing with mechanical equipment things happen, and because of how professional Stephanie was, I will jot hesitate renting from her again and I use U-Haul frequently. Thanks

I literally had to walk inside the store twice using his personal phone that I was returning the auto-transport . After he disengaged the trailer I asked him if any additional paperwork was needed. He responded no. Later that day someone from the store called me claiming I rented a truck and did not returned it. When I informed the customer representative I brought my own Truck to haul he hung the phone. I was concerned and called again to inform the and make sure I was not being charged extra; he said it was a mistake and all was good on my end. But honestly made me feel a bit worried.

Rex WMy car got broke into while parked in their lot. Someone smashed the window out and ripped out the radio, causing over 2k dollars worth of damages. Not only do they not offer to cover the repairs cost, they also did not give me the security camera footage for my police report, despite the fact there was a camera aimed directly where my car was parked. 0/10. I would never use this location again.

EBONY T | Expérience généraleTook one hour to get a trailer, only one person in front of me in line. The guy who was supposed to "help" me hook up the trailer moved like molasses. The trailer I was assigned was behind another trailer. The molasses guy didn't believe I had that trailer, thought I was trying to steal it then went inside to talk to the counter lady. After they re-assigned me the trailer in front I was tired of waiting. So I started hooking the trailer up myself. The molasses guy was there with another employee who seemed younger and nicer. Younger guy was trying to help me, molasses guy told him no, to let me do it. After hooking up the trailer myself they let me leave. I only came to this location for the 6x12 with ramp which is not available at a lot of places.

Mike MThe app was essentially unusable and was nearly impossible to use for pick up and drop off. I had to go in to pick up and drop off in the box after speaking to the employees. When I entered the building to return my keys, the open sign was on and there was a line. The employee yelled "we're closed." To which I responded, "your app isn't working, I need to drop off this vehicle." They told me just to park out front and drop off the keys in the box. I called afterward to the main line to make sure that this was completed as a return. The app was an absolute nightmare and inoperable.

lisa hA few things….upon arrival the computers were extremely slow -the female assisting was very nice though so I didn’t get too upset because of her , the vehicle which was a pick up truck after I pulled off there were bedbugs in the cab and when I returned it the black lady just sat there made sure she didn’t get up nor speak up as we waited in line and then was extremely rude but other wise a decent experience at this location -nice new truck but please be aware of the bedbugs as I don’t want what someone else left while moving things

Considering you provide a service that people will always need, it would be nice to offer discounts every now and again. I asked a long time employee and even called corporate for a discount and it was truly disappointing to find that they don't exist. Service was exceptional.

But unfortunately, later that day I went there to rent a trailer as well but the lady named Steph (probably) there was so rude and discriminating that she flatly refused me the service despite knowing that I had already rented a truck from there. Then I booked a trailer on my cell phone using the app to be picked at 6:00 pm on26th Jan. I showed her my app that I had booked a trailer online and it's available at that location. She rudely misbehaved and ordered me to leave that property and said that she didn't want to give me service. Perhaps because of my skin color as she was clearly discriminating). I was shocked. I called U-Haul helpline and that nice lady on phone named Nyesha also heard this rude lady asking me to leave the property in a very disrespectful manner. Not only this but she also illegally changed my reservation for a 6X12 trailer to a transport trailer. How very mean and unprofessional! Please do check the records to verify my statement. Listening to all this Nyesha made me a new reservation at East Main Street and I went there to pick my trailer. So how can I recommend such a place to my family or friends where a psychopath discriminating and disrespectful lady works!!!
NASIR MWhen we need trucks, car haulers, or trailers, we always head to U-Haul Eastland. Not only are they the best stocked to meet our needs, the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Maurice NUpon returning your rental if there is another rental that's being checked in at return I think if the customer has to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I think U-Haul should provide some type. A complementary drank a beverage for the weight.

Latham M24/7 app drop-off went well, it was easy to find a place to park the truck and the key drop was easy to spot and access. It seemed like a well-run location so I came back the same day and filled up some propane tanks which went smooth and fast.
Ian AI needed a safe overnight place to store my giant leather sectional during the bitter cold/rain storm while my carpet was replaced. Everything went perfectly smooth! The sectional stayed dry while in the box. The pads were extremely helpful partly due to the box being wood, which I did not expect. We did not lock it; I just parked my car about 14 inches from the door. Thank you so much! *Suggestion- I would recommend posting the width of the door so people know how much clearance is needed to open the unit fully. Had we placed the box the other direction; I don't think we would have been able to get the larger pieces of furniture in it.

I was provided no documentation that I was turning my unit over and It took at least 4 days to get any sort of communication from Uhaul that even resembles a confirmation that my unit was canceled. Just sorry to see you go email with here rate us. Doesn't give any dates or anything to confirm my unit has been canceled. I am not comfortable with this type of transaction I even went back to the store to confirm it had been canceled because I didn't receive anything when I turned in my badges or anything to confirm this and felt very uncomfortable. I felt like it was an easy way to get charged for the next month and it would have been my word against the staff's.

Every truck was very easy to drive, that I rented, these reason are why I return. Excellent place that has all your rental needs!!!!

I find it completely unreasonable that when I direct dial a local location after 4 rings it puts me into the nationwide support cue most often connecting me with someone who can't help me in any way because my question or business relates directly to the location. Please fix the automated call system to provide an option to remain in cue for the next available representative AT THE STORE. Having spent several HOURS in cue to talk to people who were incapable of fulfilling my needs as related to my rental experience, I can say with complete objectivity that your automated call system sucks. I have rented from you many times in the past without a hitch (pardon the pun) but this time everything went wrong on so many levels that I was terribly disappointed. It was clear that your call centers were overwhelmed. I will be using your trailers to unload my storage when I get the keys to my next house, please fix the local branch calling options if you can't get enough qualified people to answer phones. The added pressure of starting a day late with a truck that I couldn't pick up because the pickup location was closed for the next several days after I was unable to pick it up on time due to payment issues and having to juggle funds. Getting less than helpful 'help' from your call centers wasted your money, my time and frustrated me completely. Had this been my first experience using U-Haul to move my property, I would certainly never again willingly risk subjecting myself to the anxiety and stress that I went through this week. Only that I have had many satisfactory or better experiences with your company will I spend my money with you again. Sincerely, Kurt Chapman

James G | Expérience généraleI really liked having large carts on site to help move in with. There is no light in my unit and I find this very inconvenient. Hopefully there is an outlet nearby so I can bring an extension cord and light in. It was very clean and the floors were nice and smooth for rolling carts. I wish there were more access doors since I'm at the very end of a hall, but it works. If there had been others unloading or loading at the same time, this would have been a big issue. The access scanner Is way too short when you're in the truck, so you're forced to get out to scan in and out. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of 24/7 access. The gate locks at 10pm. I'm not sure what would happen if I was still inside, but it forced me to rent an extra day of my truck just to finish unloading. If the office closes at 7, what's the point of having a lock time of the gate? I raced back just to get there in time, but I would've only had 20 min. Maybe if check-in hadn't taken 45 min (even though I did check-in mobile the day before), I would've had time. For fear of getting locked in, I had no choice but to pay for another day...that included all the extras I didn't even need since I was just staying a few miles from the location. The units are nice, nice lock provided, I just hope there's a plug somewhere in the hall or I'm a bit screwed. I'd recommend the units.

The check in process took way to long, 3X longer then should have especially after having reserved through the phone and having already provided all the information during reservation. The lady at the counter was nice through it all though.

A week after I moved out I got a call saying there was no lock on the room. I explained I moved everything and the desk clerk told me she would check it an evidently did not. The following week I received a message saying a payment was due on the 27th of June. I suggest better efficiency.
