Thankful for the ability to dispute the photos when first recieving the truck. I rented a cargo van and it had a bunch of straw left inside, when returning the man initially stated I couldn't return the truck in that condition. He then was able to see that I actually was given it that way and there was no issue

I had my employee pick the trailer up. He said two wheels were locked up and he had to help repack the wheel bearings. Also the trailer plug did not work and had to make them put a new one one. Also one of the lug nuts fell off during the trip. A few calls to uhaul. about the issue with no help. This will be the last time we rent from uhaul.

We were charged for them to put the tow dolly (even though I had already paid), THEN they wouldn’t drive the car on to it and did not place it right. Won’t go back ever.

Guy that I returned equipment to was pretty good and prompt about things. However, the people running the yard when I picked up need employment evaluations. Rude, ignorant, didn’t even get the proper info upon pickup, was assigned another trailer than the one they sent me via text and was given an attitude when questioning about it, was hurried out of this location without being able to inspect unit myself. Found the inside ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING upon opening and trailer had light issues. Usually don’t have bad experiences with U-Haul so I figure it’s just this location. Will never use this one again!!

They never fully hooked my car to the transport , they wrapped the cord around my brake line ... I drove this U-Haul truck with a 1/2 attached car on the back , it could of flipped the entire truck over .... they were extremely unprofessional, rude , ghetto just a horrible location , you allow your workers to wear du rags , he was extremely rushy like he was pissed that he had to do his job . The U-Haul didn’t sound like it was in good shape , the transmission was not good for pulling up hills , the brake pedal had an unsafe hard push behind it ..... this is by far the worse move ever .

Unless you know another way out(which I did) you have only one way to go. It was not North on Hamilton Road. Other wise everything was fine.

My Uhaul was switched without me knowing, and then when i arrived to the right location, no one wanted to help, and no one knew what they were doing. Staff has no motivation or customer service. And my cost was way more than I was originally qouted

What I had actually reserved wasn’t available. If there are no dolly’s to be reserved in any location, don’t make that an option. It seems the online reservations are no better than flying by the seat of your pants the day of.

I am very frustrated by my entire experience with U-Haul and will not rent from them again, even if that means I have to pay more. Quality of quantity!

This was the most frustrating rental experience from start to finsh..I initially reserved a trailer online to be picked up near my sons school..the online site showed it available & allowed me to order & pay for it...several days later I rec'd a confirmation text that the trailer was being picked up at a location that was almost 45 min out of the way...when I called to find out why, the first assoc said he would check..however, all he did was drop me back into the call queue..so after a long hold, during which I think I am being helped, I had to start over again with the next assoc...the 2nd person also said he would check..he actually came back to the line & said no trailers are available in my area & what was provided was the closest..I advised that would not work & needed another solution..he provided the phone number for scheduling that I had to call myself for assistance...I called & the girl I talked to was able to find a trailer at a location on the way to my son's school..I agreed & she changed the reservation & sent me a confirmation text of the new location..all seemed fine until the next morning when I got a voicemail from Shawn at the pick up location that he did not have the trailer size I needed...fortunately, by the time I was able to return his call, he assured me he did have the trailer I needed as he had gone to another nearby city to pick it up...I was very appreciative after the rental booking experience I had so far...when we picked up the trailer, everything went smoothly..we had minimal wait & Shawn helped make sure the trailer was properly attached..this was the only good part of this rental...when we pulled in to return the trailer..I went inside and was advised by a man I later learned was supposed to be the store manager, that someone outside would help..went back out, but saw no one..eventually saw a female check in associate..advised needed to return trailer..she advised pull over near trailers & "Kenny" would assist..pulled up as instructed..didn't see any other associate...did see another customer waiting as well...eventually, a male associate, who I assume was Kenny, showed up to assist other customer..while we were waiting our turn, female associate came flying thru small parking lot in moving truck...she got out & said we couldn't be parked where we were - even though we were parked where she told us to park..she was extremely rude and unhelpful..I would provide her name, but she didnt give it..Our interaction began with her stating "I am irritated"..we told her we needed to return the trailer and this is where she told us to park..she said she would email a receipt, but didnt ask for any of our information.? We said we didnt want to leave without checking in the trailer..as she was walking back to the truck she was moving, she said you can't park here & you need to move..we again said we just need to check in..as she walked away, she said download the app & check in there..then she just got in the truck and ju

The online reservation process is awful. I reserved a 26 foot truck for 24 hours online - the online system said it was available for that time period and at the specific location. A rep called to inform me that I had to pick up at a different location, but never told me the rental length changed. So, I had to pick up the truck further away, AND could not have the truck I reserved for the amount of time I reserved it for. I ended up needing to change my reservation to a smaller truck which caused me to make more trips and pay more to you in mileage. I understand that this was a busy weekend and trucks were in limited supply, but at least upgrade the online reservation system to keep track of inventory better. If a truck won’t be available at a location and/or be available for a specific amount of time - DON’T LET YOUR CUSTOMERS MAKE THE SELECTION. It added a lot of avoidable stress to an already stressful time. With that said, the reps on the phones were very helpful and very focused on problem solving.
