Didn't really like it that I got charged for my daughter not checking the U-haul back in with her phone! It got turned in in a 24 hour period, I shouldn't have gotten charged for turning it in after hours!

In the winter, make sure the doors on all the trucks are not frozen. Took a while to get the door open but other than that, everything was smooth and easy

I spoke with a gentleman who was working on the front doors. I approached him and asked if new where the drop box was for â€œ24/7â€ key drops. He me to just go ask someone at the front counter, mean while the website showed bullet instructions to leave the key in a drop after making sure the vehicle was safely and properly parked in the designated area. I really didnâ€™t want to ask someone at the counter because there was a long line and Iâ€™m busy with my move and trying to meet deadlines that more of my important time. There was some roudy younger men as customers seeming to be taking a while and I just didnâ€™t have time to wait. Luckily, there ways a woman Whom I had seen outside cleaning the vehicles/equipment; that had just walked up behind the counter and she was looking something up on the computer. I asked if she could direct me to the key drop for â€œ24/7â€ service. Without hesitation, she said, â€œOh, I can take that for ya!!â€ Said with smile and fast acting with a solution to my issue. That man made it more difficult to arrive a VERY simple solution. I wonâ€™t be using this location again. Not that I intent to move soon anyhow; but is definitely worth me paying the extra couple bucks to go out of my way to another location to pick up/drop off Rather than even taking chance on receiving sub par customer service like that again. I refuse. Thank you for no other issues and great service outside of that gentleman. The truck ran well and the service picking it was great and very helpful.

I did the express check in on line, all the paperwork and held my reservation with my card. Still had to wait in line until another checkout was opened. But the people working there are very polite and professional. And dropping the truck off was quick and easy.

Staff during pick up were very professional and friendly. Dropping off was the complete opposite. There two guys outside taking drop offs and the shorter dark guy who I gave my vehicle keys to was very unprofessional. I walked to him to give him the keys, he starred at his smart phone the entire time, and he answered my questions with nods. He acted completely uninterested in taking the keys or talking to me and I felt really offended by that.

The website link that is sent through text message was not working properly on the day of rental. It would be beneficial for a backup checkout method to be in place in the event that the website goes down or internet access is sparse in the area.

I have used uhaul for all my moving experiences and this time by far was THE WORST EVER!! I do not like the whole online process to check out and especially check in. I was not aware that I had to do all that to check the truck back in and Iâ€™m not as advanced with technology as I would like to be. However I was forced to learn today. There was no help on the live customer service end and I really donâ€™t thinks itâ€™s fair to be penalized Because I have difficulty getting online. I donâ€™t like the whole process and I hope that you will go back to the way it used to be. Until then I wonâ€™t use uhaul anymore Iâ€™ll go to Penske!!

Iâ€™ve rented the past two weekends and both times I returned the truck was inexcusable. The first tune I was over charged for gas because the guy didnâ€™t check me out correctly and the second time I waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to come to check me out. I have to rent again letâ€™s hope this gets better. I rent here because the equipment is clean and the location is good.

For the second time renting a vehicle tow dolly, the equipment was faulty. First time, the hitch was damaged and not fully secured (severely bent ball retainer in body of hitch). The second had the entire steel backer broken off of the driver's side ramp, resulting in the towed vehicle being damaged when it fell out. This was reported and visually shown to the employee working on the return.

The truck had a greasy film in the cargo area and I slipped and fell. I used a towel to wipe it up. The UHaul reps were cool themselves and the check-in was easy and made me feel secure that I won't be charged any additional fees.

This facility is understaffed and it's a safety issue. I made a reservation over the phone and I still waited over an hour past my reservation pick up time to get service. There were only 2 staff working! 1 inside and 1 outside!!! They were nice and they tried to give good customer service but there was too many people for them to deal with. Once again I waited over an hour past my reservation pick up time to be get service!!! Next your return policy will get you sued!!! It is unsafe!!!! I stood outside of Uhaul for 20minutes trying to get this app to work. It is after 9pm there are people walking and driving through the alley next to the Uhaul. I'm uncomfortable because area the Uhaul is in is not a good area. I don't live in the area. I chose that Uhaul because it was the closest one to a person that I was helping move. But I could not get the app work. It could not find my location. So then I call to get assistance. I am put on hold. So I did not feel comfortable waiting in the parking lot so I leave. Once the operator gets on the line she tells me that I should have stayed in the parking lot and I may get charged $20 because I didn't complete the return process on the app! She further explains that because I didn't check the vehicle in with the app, a staff person will have to do that the next morning and that's what the $20 fee is for. So in conclusion Uhaul is trying to become a self serve rental truck vending machine and you are purposely understaffing your businesses and charging extra fees to train customers how to get your service without staffs assistance. If you continue this process it will come back to bite you later!!!

I canâ€™t remember what the guys name at the counter was, but he made my movies experience a whole lot easier. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was ready and prepared to hit the road. I will highly recommend this location to friends and family in the area.
