They didn't have my truck and then coerced me into renting a truck that was larger and had just been returned with damage to the driver side door which rendered the door unusable. It was a huge safety hazard, I had to get in and out of the passenger side. They were unapologetic about the situation and while I was on line at the location rented the size truck I'd reserved to someone who just came in without a reservation. They told me that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me with a truck in the size I'd reserved for days. Which obviously didn't work for me as I had a team of movers waiting on me. It was an overall terrible experience.

The sun visor on the driver's side fell off in my lap while I was driving and the sun visor on the passenger side wouldn't stay up so it blocked my view out of part of the windshield.
RICHARD CReserved online. Vehicle pickup was standard and uncomplicated. When dropping off the vehicle, I was directed by the inside staff to see the outside attendant. When I brought the vehicle over to the drop off area, I stood around for about 5 minutes and saw no one. Eventually I spotted an employee headed my way and they proceeded to walk right past me as I said hello. He kept on walking by and was singing loudly to whatever he was listening to on his earbuds. He could have at least acknowledged me waiting and given me some sort of direction or update. I waited another 5 minutes and while looking at the U-Haul app to make sure everything was in order for my return, I noticed an option to return the vehicle through the app. Not one ounce of customer service when trying to return my vehicle. I guess this is the world we live in. Now I know what to expect next time. I use this location only because it is convenient.
Brian DTruck was filthy. Used the app to check in, that didn't work well, received truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Added gas because it was so low. Returned truck 3/4 full of gas and received no credit for the gas added.

Hector RParking was limited and full every time I stopped by. The staff was friendly but very loud and rude over talking and talking loudly to each other. Had a hard time hearing the lady taking care of my checkin. The self checkout process was very tedious. Unlike rental cars, they seem to expect the truck to be self cleaned and ready for next customer. They really need to double check them. My truck bed interior had several loose screws all around the truck bed. That would have scratched my furniture and possibly harmed me and my helpers.
Timothy TI love this group. The only complaint I Have is being charged three times for the two wheeler rental and three times for the furniture pads. I extended my rental a couple extra days, but feel I should have only been charged one time for the two wheeler and pads. Hoping to get refunded for that line item, returned the rental after hours, so I couldn't ask anyone. Thank you for the truck, greatly appreciated.

jacob gI will never use this location again. After this experience, I really don't want to use uhaul ever again. Even if you were to rent from here, they prob won't have the truck when you get there to pick it up and good luck having someone call you beforehand to come up with a solution or even just to let you know. If you still think you're going to chance it, make sure you bring some hand wipes as you're prob going to need them to clean yourself and your credit card because as they eat their greasy food right in your face and with the lack of napkins or really common decency, they just lick their fingers clean and proceed to take your card for payment… then to wrap it all up, they try to give you some what I would think is probably important info but you can't get past the fact that half eaten food is just stuffed in their mouth and all you can smell is the scent that is now all over your credit card and presumably your wallet, pocket, hands, etc Then you finally leave and get into the truck only to see it hasn't been updated since 1990 and you realize the nightmare just continues. Terrible terrible terrible.

Jose RWhen I arrived, my reserved vehicle was not available. The in-store representatives were rude, unwilling to help, and told me to call customer service. After calling UHaul customer service the issue was easily resolved. Otherwise, the replacement vehicle was clean and well maintained.

Asuncion MPick up location was changed 20+ miles from original pick up location without discussion. Truck leaked in both the cab and the box. Items in "grandma's attic" were damaged. Headlights were so dim that driving at night was almost impossible, wind shield wipers only pushed water around. Terrible experience!

Richard PI made a reservation. I showed up to pick it up. There was no truck. I had workers ready. I lost money. I had to go to another store in Wilton Manor, Florida. I was 2 hours late and had to pay my two workers 30$/hr each. I lost 120$. Why did you not text or call me to let me know to make other plans? I have rented many times and this was the worst. I lost money as a business because of your companies lack of proper protocol in your computer system to let renters know.

randall gStopped to confirm my vehicle was approved for pulling the trailer I rented. It was the afternoon before I was to pick up the trailer. The trailer was there on the lot and Dee the manager was very accommodating in my request to take the trailer at that point instead of having to come back the next morning. The staff at the site were friendly, accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend them and will be using this location again.

Mark BOriginal location didn't have the 20ft truck I reserved, already a large incovenience. After an hour on the phone they verified that this location had a 15ft available. Upon arrival and waiting another half hour I was informed they didn't have it available. They proceed to help other reservations and eventually by the stroke of luck a 15 foot shows up and is checked out to me with a quarter tank of gas and a check engine light on. Poor service at both locations and in general u-haul was far from satisfactory.

She then charged me for the 15 even tho I reserved and was supposed to get the 10 truck. Not good customer service if you ask me. The guy who took the truck back from me was very nice and pleasant.

CESAR A | Expérience généraleThe location is convenient however there are couple things that could be improved. 1- Even when I have done the check-in in the app to pick up the keys you have to do the line and wait for everyone, so it really defeats the purpose of checking on line. 2- I have rented from this site about 15 if not more times in the last six months, and at the time of returning you have to go around and chase the guys who receive your vehicle. They are nowhere to be found, or just there hanging out and avoiding eye contact so they don't get ask for anything... not a very welcoming way. One you engage with them they are sweet and helpful, but just not proactive at the time to engage.

To be short, a problem in the system resulted in about 18 taps, insertions, and swipes of two separate pay cards along with some failed manual input attempts. I was left emotional after 45 mins of that torture, a trip to the atm, and a friendly 10-min grace window to pay after normal store hours. I'm glad I didn't have to change locations. Also glad I didn't blow up. Jareth, please be a bit more sensitive to customers feelings and stop putting so much emphasis on the possibility of FRAUUUDULENT suspicions at my bank. Thanks team!

Our unit has stair-only access, which wouldn't have deterred me, but I could see that being an issue for others. I don't remember that being stated in the description. We did have difficulty finding our unit. I did not see the link for the facility map that was in an email until after we went to the facility. We were driving around and couldn't find the right building, a directional sign, or map. We eventually went into the office, where the only associate was working with another customer. We waited for a few minutes, but eventually a small paper map on an empty associates desk, from which we were able to find our unit. I would recommend some signage to at least direct cars toward the right access doors for the different alphabetic regions. The "air conditioned" unit was very hot. After loading our unit we went back the the office and told the associate who said they knew and that it was going to be fixed soon. We went back today (two weeks later) and the AC unit was running, but it was still above 85° On the wall mounted thermometer. Not the end of the world, but worth noting, the door stop on the access door to our section is broken. One final note, our unit had a rat trap in the corner. On one hand, I appreciate pest control, but on the other, it was concerning.
