My last U-Haul storage spot had mattress dollies. This location does not. It’s difficult getting a mattress in and out without one. I’d suggest they invest in one. Workers were very friendly and helpful

RICHARD C | First ImpressionsNo lights on the property at night. No sensors or ways to turn them on for customers who pay for 24 hour access to their storage units. Not safe to be trying to load and unload things from storage units in the dark, particularly at this property where there are homeless people living under the bridge next to the property and some of them have been sleeping in the unlocked back of U-Haul trucks at night.
RICHARD C | Overall ExperienceThere are no lights on the property at night for 24 hour access. I can understand trying to save electricity at night but there should at least be sensor lights or a dial where one can turn on outside lights so a person doesn't have to try to load or unload their storage unit outside in the dark. There are homeless people living in this area and a group of them lives under the bridge next to the parking lot at U-Haul. They wander the property at night and it's not safe to be there with no lights on.
