I was threatened by the girls boyfriend that works there. The manager was supposed to fix my door so I could gain access to my storage. The door fell on me while I was trying to get my stuff out. Then the asked me to pay for the unit I couldn't get to.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me. I was a bit stressed and forgot my purse after checking out the U-Haul. The gentleman called me to let me know and kept it in a safe place until I could return. He was professional and kind. I appreciate his help so much and his honesty of returning my purse just the way I left it.

Milage was not recorded, I had to pay for their inadequacies in their job duties. Was hold nothing they could do at that location and was advised to call 800#. Errors can be located within companies, but no effort Was made to correct the issue. I will NEVER use U-Haul again.

It was a little difficult to spot the location of the lock to pick up the key. It was mentioned that the lock was at the entrance of the building. However it was found at the back of the rental truck. Clear instructions would be better

My original reservation was not at this location and when I got to my original location in Dallas they had no trucks available. Improvements would be proper up to date roster of available vehicles and grace periods between when a customer drops off and when the next pick up in case the prior person is late or extends.

I checked out my truck at 5 o'clock. I said I would need the truck for seven hours. The cashier was inexperienced and did not know how to change the check-in time from 845. I said I needed the truck past 845 she said to go ahead and except it, and that they would fix it and adjust it later when I return the truck at 11:45 I was charged for two days I was also charged for insurance for two days I did not drive the truck on Friday, October 27. I did not need the insurance on Friday, October 27 but U-Haul went ahead and charged me for another day and another insurance rate . I cannot get anyone to refute the charge. There is a form on the check in that says do you refute these charges and if you do it will not let you continue your check-in. You have to accept the charges and you have to pay what they tell you to pay. I believe that the inexperience of the cashier to not change the check in time from 8:45 to 11:45 lead to this problem I can't get anyone to help me I've been overcharged $30 and I would never recommend this place or U-Haul again , I'm very unsatisfied

That truck is nearing its end. I was afraid I would be stranded because the cranking was difficult. It took me holding the ignition switch a long time while the truck was making the cranking sound about 6-7 times and finally started. This happened 2 different times. The service at the counter was excellent but the truck needs work. Also, the pictures don't match the truck's condition. There is a light hanging out at the top right at the back of the truck but the pictures you give us don't show the existing issues. It was difficult to see the photos in the sun so I tried to take my own photos but the program started scrolling and I lost the pictures so I just accepted the ones you had and just took pictures on my phone. Thanks for the friendly agents who helped me. Very pleasant and professional.

Had to search in the storage unit area to find the U-Haul representative after waiting at the counter for 15 minutes for a scheduled pickup, and the truck was not cleaned or ready to drive at the time requested. The parking area is a nightmare to maneuver in a truck. Being only 6 spaces with a narrow entry point right off a main road, there is no way to legally park a truck over 10ft there when dropping off after hours. Had to dispute every inspection step during pickup, as the truck had damage everywhere you look.

First off, my original truck wasn't ready, they couldn't find the key. So they gave me the larger one which cost more plus more in gas. Second, which is the second time this has happened with UHaul, I reserve dollys but of course they didn't have the furniture dolly that I truly needed. Why reserve items in advance to not have anyone try to get you the right items. Can't be that hard to make sure the items reserved in advance are ready.

They charged me for gas even tho it was returned with the amount it was picked up with. They charged me 36$ for gas. I disputed the charge and they still took the money out. I have pictures as proof that it was at the exact amount it was picked up with. I was over 2 miles that charge was okay with me it was only 2,9$.

Everything was really good about this facility. My only two complaints were 1) I wish there were lights inside the storage units because it becomes dark when you put something in them; and 2) pricing: we moved our stuff because we found an AC unit twice the size for same money.

I have never been treated as such an inconvenience by Debbie. She was minimal help when I needed to gain after hours access due to an expired card requiring two trips but when another employee saw how she treated me he went out of his way to help me (wish I remembered his name to provide kudo's). This caused me to move storage units to another company and when I was trying to finalize checkout her manager was on-site so I was treated as an inconvenience again making me wait for a long time beside my storage unit for final checkout. When I asked if she could dedicate time to work I need done..., she laughed hysterically in my face and never said another word. Extremely poor customer service by Debbie and recommend something be done before more customer have this type of experience.

Look you asked for my feedback well here it is....uhaul harassing family members and emergency contacts for payment is lunatic, loan sharks, and just wrong if it's your system it needs to be fixed! In the first storage until we had at this location, when we went to get out stuff out of it to move into a new home, we found that many items had a strange white residue all over them. This white residue was extremely difficult to get off of some items and even ruined several expensive furniture pieces. We have no idea if some kind of pest control spray was sprayed directly on our items or what happened, but it even managed to get into some of the boxes. That unit was also not sealed well at all and when we went to move our items out of it only after a month of them being stored, most boxes were so damp that they were falling apart and our items in them were damp as well. We down sized to a much smaller unit for a few months after moving into our new home and that unit was much better and we did not have any of those same issues. However, a few days before moving out of it our bill was due which I paid. When we closed out the unit we were told that even though we paid for an entire month, we could not get any money back since we really only used it for a few days. So UHaul is getting paid an entire month for a unit that was only used a couple days into the billing cycle and can double their money by renting it out to somebody else since we closed the contract and are no longer using it. That's not good customer service and is taking advantage of people which is appalling, especially considering the times we are all going through right now with the pandemic. Keeping a customers money for an entire months worth of service when you are not providing a months worth of service is unethical and says a lot about how this company operates.

The staff was very rude upon every encounter. Unprofessional and never helpful. Will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know. So glad to be out of there.

Access to get in sucked. No parking in the very short parking lot due to having uhaul rentals parked in front of limited parking space.

Their was oil on the floor that did not come up on cleaning so when I moved my stuff in I was given a large orange tarp at no charge to put on the floor so the oil would not absorb onto my items.
