Workers were badly informed, put me in the wrong vehicle, (twice) did not alert me that the last one DID NOT have a RAMP although we were continually discussing I was transporting a motorcycle. How was I supposed to load it and unload it? lift 500lbs with my hands? Worker does this EVERYDAY, I tow something every 5-10 yrs, they are the experts, they are the ones whom we trust to ask 1-2 simple questions to better help the customer. Horrible experience. The drop off at Michigan was better, Pam the owner knew her business and actually apologized for Ohio's Hamilton bad service.

Stop sending endless and repetitive texts and emails. Why do I need 75 plus emails and texts. Why do I need a reminder every fucking day to fill out this goddamn survey. For fucks sake, if someone doesn't fill out the fucking survey after forty two reminders, then they probably don't want to fill it out. So leave them the fuck alone. You and your company can go fuck yourselves. I'll never do business with you again.

The vehicle was on E. Was stated at quarter of a tank. Had to immediately stop and get gas. Ended up returning with much more gas than when picked up. Threw off my day considerably.

The truck wasn't cleaned out and wasn't maintained. It pulled hard to the right and wasn't safe to drive.my daughter complained about it and when i drove it i had the same problem.

I had an invalid hold on my account that wasted a 1:30 of my time and money. My things didn't all get moved and I no longer owed anything. Someone didn't remove the hold

The app us less than user friendly. Mobile check in was useless. The website list the wrong open hours for the location and inaccurate pricing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The truck needs new column bushings for the shifter. Hard to get into gear and keep it there.

Made my reservation on-line. Got there early, was waited on promptly, extended my return time, just in case, and was out the door in 10 minutes. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.

I've had a storage unit here for almost 10 years. Austin has always been helpful with any questions and billing, and increases over time have been reasonable. Thanks for providing a safe and secure place for my heirlooms.

Mirror on passenger side was very loose. Husband fixed it. Ramp was WAY TOO SHORT AND STEEP for size of truck. Was suppose to help you out by towing a small trailer behind the truck. However, the check in process took way too long and the "rig" was not hooked up. Unfortunately, we were on a tight schedule and could not wait for the tow trailer to be hooked up. My husband had informed the representative of our situation and was assured it would be ready to go when we arrived at the center. Employees were very nice though. We were suppose to have 36 furniture blankets, however we only had 30.

Supply vans that work and function properly. The uhual I used was absolutely terrible. Couldn't go over 35mph barely wanted to shift and shifting into reverse was tricky. Definitely not worth $140 with gas included in that. I drove 88 miles and charged that? I'll use hertz next.

I was told I could pay cash or with my chime card but when I got there they said I could not use either. Then when I was paying it gave the option to pay with cash. I just wish the payment part was very clear and to the point instead of being told so many different things. Other than that it was a great experience

Well I managed just fine but had it been my friend picking up the truck well the spot it was in not ideal for anyone. When it's in a tight spot an employee need to offer or just go and pull the truck out for customer. Imm sure they would have if asked to do . But you asked. The closer easier ones to get out apparently were almost empty of fuel so I was grateful I didn't ha e to go get gas this time as I had to a time or two before. Everything else was great

Best experience ever. Excellent service à la clientèle. Extremely friendly, kind and professional. I picked up the van at 8am and dropped off close to 8pm. Two different customer service teams and both were great.

All of the gentlemen, who I had contact with at this location are wonderful individuals. They are very helpful, polite and respectful, and they were willing to go above and beyond it is truly appreciated. If we had more people like them the world would be a better place they all truly deserve a raise.

I received this Uhaul full to the top with garbage and all attempts to contact the store directly failed. The store refunded me but never contacted me and I only found out about the refund through the email receipt that was sent. I was never contacted about my issue.

Not much, I used them a year ago and again now. Fast to secure a small box-van; quickly available; charges well explained, quick return/check-in, corrected invoice. Perfect - great job

I felt very blindsided by the price. Big 19,99 on the side and it seems poorly communicated all the fees and other things involved that make it more than what's advertised.

Brakes failed while driving and gear shifting very erratic, often failing to shift appropriately. Near wreck with another vehicle when braking failed. Staff very courteous and concerned about my experience. Would recommend staff periodically drive vehicle to avoid these problems before just renting out truck for customers to experience near-hazardous problems! A wreck or bodily damage is too late to identify problems as fee, insurance purchased and mileage should cover guarantee of a safe and operating vehicle. This is my 2nd experience with uhaul problems in recent months and I have used uhaul frequently, for years!! Same location…

Still waiting for my code so that I can get in to the storage locker. Because the code that was sent to me did not work. So the manager had to get me into the storage locker just so that I could put the items in my locker. I'm still waiting for a code..

The entry door into the storage building has a 1-1/2" high metal piece in the doorway that can be very difficult to get over with carts. My trunks all had wheels on them but I would get stuck on that piece and have to lift the cart over it instead of rolling out smoothly. I've seen many dump their loads trying to get over it. Moving in and out was a bit trying and my back hurts from having to lift over that bump. You lose 2 stars just because of that.

Had to redo my reservation that I already did when I booked the truck. The unit I was issued was locked and not to be unlocked till the next day. I ended up having to get a unit at public storage down the street.. which ended up being more convenient of a checkin and better pricing.. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends over yalls bs

Having storage inside is a little inconvenient. Instead of truck to storage, we have to go truck to dolly, to storage and just adds a whole lot of time to the end of a very long 3 day move.

I have reserved a unit and it wasn't. Then the gave me a unit that was In use. Then after they reassigned a new unit they didn't correct the paper work. Had to make a fuss to get it corrected.

Absolutely awful experience. I was lied to on numerous occasions. I was sent the wrong drop off location. I was told I would be getting a month free of storage and that my drop off location would be the storage unit. The address I wad sent was to a rural king. Which added 40 minutes to my drive from the detour and when I got to the storage facility they said it was the first they're hearing about me having a unit. The only reason I was able to get one was some just so happen to move out that day and the unit needed cleaned. The storage unit is also a lot smaller than I was told. The GM Austin Hobbs was incredibly unhelpful since he did not answer his phone a single time I called him but was texting the working at the facility to deal with it and that I was blowing up his phone but would never answer. Overall horrible experience all around. I was expecting a larger company to be more organized and not constantly lied to their customers and give them the run around but I was sadly mistaken.

There is no light in our unit, which made it very difficult to see. I had to use my phone's flashlight feature and direct it to the spots where items were being placed. I've never had a unit with no visibility before, and would not recommend or use this facility again because of that.

Well the general manager was very rude and so was the female sales associate. The manager called me after I called customer service to extend my truck rental and they were supposed to extend til the next Monday night and didn't. So the manager calls me and gets rude with me and cussed me and then he hung up on me. The customer service line was no help as I was on the line for 2 hours and talked to 3 different people. I finally asked for whoever was in charge and I was told to call the president of that location and did so. The President was very nice and helpful. I just wish everyone there was as nice as he was. I won't be renting from that location ever again. I do not recommend that location. I also heard from someone later that they had the same problem with the same manager. Personally I don't think a 19 year old has any business being a store manager especially with his temper. He should be demoted or fired after treating multiple people this way. The disrespect was too much. I'm a customer and don't deserve that kind of treatment after I spent every penny I had on the truck and the storage unit. Over $300 and I got treated horribly other than the president. I advise to not go to this store period.

They sent me contracts over the phone, changing my 10000 insurance to none sometime in my 2 and a half years. They changed my door and lock without notification in October. Called me in May to tell me that I was broken in. My professional craftsman tools you can no longer purchase were stolen and I had no insurance. They did not try to resolve the issue. Other property was destroyed as well.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The manager knows my concerns and doesn't seem to care. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had anywhere; my unit was not available as promised and so I had to get a larger more expensive unit to get truck unloaded. Staff was beyond rude, belligerent, and unaccommodating. My plan to prepay a year in advance has turned into looking for another facility who wants my business because I will not give another dime to this location. Even people moving out of the facility said to RUN, not walk from there! Unprofessional and unbelievable - contacted corporate.

Uhaul auto pay stopped working for no reason and I was charged late fees. Do not use the Auto Pay.

I was not given my promotional first month free. Also my key card did not work so I was unable to access my unit except during business hours. Also the property thinks it is okay to change the locks on your unit without notifying you. So just another way to not being able to assess your unit outside normal business hours.

All the staff was friendly and nice but the guy who checked me in was extremely slow at his job and the experience was bad because all the extra info he asked me could have been done online when I booked the reservation and storage unit. I was in a hurry and between this guy doing everything super slow (even typed slow with one finger at a time) and having to provide more information put me behind schedule. Very unprofessional. The other staff members greeted me when I came in with smiles and kindness but this guy was straight faced and slow at his job.

The halls were well lit, however, inside the units were extremely dark. The inside of the unit also had rat/mouse traps which I would have preferred to be informed about head of time.

The ramp to second floor is very steep which can be a bit of a challenge with transporting heavier items with or without a cart. Same with the uneven gap between loading ramp and where back of truck pulls up. Staff was nice and professional. Units and building were clean. Access codes at all areas worked well

This location is fine and we had an okay experience. Only thing is I would recommend either mask or better respect of 6 feet social distancing when employees show locks or other interactions with costumers when not behind the desk.

My only issue was being on the top floor and having to move things up and back down the steep incline with my stuff. That was just too much for me. If I was younger I probably wouldn't have struggled with it. But since I'm not....this chick struggled! Lol Great staff. No other issues. Merci!
