JAMES CProbably need to update ur computer system because when u only having 2 people working in the store and the computer is moving slow it’s a problem especially when u have a line of people waiting to check out a U-Haul

Dezso VI am not so sure you can. The staff was very friendly, they made sure you understood what was needed to use the equqipment, and went out of their way to make sure you felt knowledgeable about the equipment. What a great team at this location
Jay BHaving started trying to reserve a U-Haul at 13:30 on Friday online, after over an hour of frustration downloaded the app. Having made no progress after 2 and a half hours, I called the call center; I was told the system was down and there was nothing they could do to help - Please consider placing a banner on your website to let people know when you are have an outage. Regardless, I scheduled a callback, the call came in at 17:30 and I was able to complete the reservation by 18:00. 18:05 I arrived at the facility: They couldn't find the key to the truck. Then the truck needed to be placed into inventory Then they couldn't process the rental Then they couldn't process payment Then after payment had been made they realized that despite my request for insurance, it hadn't been added and they didn't know how to add it - it was now 19:15 in the evening. I was told to take the vehicle because they couldn't guarantee that I would be able to check it out the next day and call the help line in the morning to add the insurance. I parked it in the back of the lot and left, staying the night at a hotel. The next morning, I called the help line and the first thing they told me was insurance cannot be added after leaving the lot - glad I didn't leave (and would have been illegal to of done so btw), and that I would have to speak to a different department. After an hour on the phone, I was told there was no way that insurance could be added after the fact. I went back to the facility, the only way they could resolve this was to cancel the entire reservation and start again. I was finally able to leave with a U-Haul around 9:30 AM Saturday. You heard me right, 20 hours to be able to rent one truck!
PETER AThe truck ran very roughly. It would take 10 minutes to get up to 35mph. Then shake like crazy when the brakes were applied. This truck should not even been loaned out in my opinion. I will not use this location ever again.

John MRented a covered trailer. I checked the tires for issues and found screws in the first two trailers I was offered . Staff was very apologetic and helpful but I left feeling that they should have caught the issues before I did.

Richard AWhen I got there there was no electricity. They were using their phone to work. They couldn't find my reservation. Instead of my name they had a Paul Long as the person who made the reservation at 4:30pm. They said they did a new reservation. In the middle the electricity came back. I paid and left. I returned the equipment an hour ahead of time. I never received any information about the reservation or the receipt of the transaction. Then on march 20 I received a call from my back saying there is fraud. I check and there are 8 debits in my account for more than $100 . Obviously you either have a hacker or a thief having access to you website

David PThe truck leaked like crazy in the rain. All of my belongings were soaked, luckily it didn't end up ruining any sensitive electronics, but it destroyed a box full of books and some photos, etc. upholstered furniture got soaked.

DONALD PThis location is under construction. No #'s on the storage doors. My first month is free because I just rented a truck. I don't think I was given the proper size unit which means after my first free month I will be paying almost double what I was quoted. This is just aggravating because I will now have to move my belongings again before the month is up.

Teresa FActually have the truck pulled out and waiting so i dont have to circle the building at 7am looking at every parked truck's number. Also, if they aren't going to come out and take the truck, take down the signs that say wait in the equipment. I waited around until i gave up and came in and they were both just sitting around

They treated me like a member of the family. As a 74 year old Disabled Vietnam Veteran I really appreciate that type of customer care.

Valeria Cthere was no free mileage, 3 types of insurance none was explained, roadside should have included, if you accidently locked keys in truck. The closes Uhaul come out to unlock, not have to call someone else. Truck came in we waited 15 minutes for it to come in. Then they blew the back out, looked over and released to us. If they didn't have one available, could have rented another close to size that was checked over properly. Other companies offer free mileage, one way these days. With a 10 to 30 % discount. Never used uhaul, a Penske person or Rdyer has better offers

RICHARD OBe sure to check cloth upholstery seats in the cargo van rentals. They should be vacuumed thoroughly before renting if needed. The passenger seat in my rental was covered in pet hair.
