Paid for first month the 8x10x10 was really small almost like a closet so had to upgrade and still pay the extra, the 10x10 door is really small really awkward loading items like beds or couches. A note was left for the GM to call me about the one month free option still haven’t received a call or clarity about that.

They took my credit card and address and told me that once I arrived in South Carolina, I could simply stop by to pick up my lock and unit number. When I arrived, I was told there was no guarantee I would have a unit until move-in day, which completely contradicted what I had been told before. The manager and another employee were not welcoming and interrupted instead of explaining the situation. The only positive part of my experience was Brandon. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me my lock and unit number without any issues. Unfortunately, the manager never greeted me or acknowledged me, making the experience feel unprofessional. Otherwise the location is perfect for me since I’m moving 5 minutes in 5 minutes from there
