Kimberly GambinoYour technician forgot to release my parking brake. When I drove away the alarm went off. I returned to U-Haul to have him release my brake. I had just purchased my car and didn't know how to release the parking brake. Your technician was annoyed at me. This was not my fault.

John OBrienI bought a U-Haul lock that was broken. The manager at Public Storage was unable to open it as well as my workers. I returned to U-Haul and asked for help and was told to go to Harbor Freight and purchase bolt cutters, which I did for $35. I left the broken lock at the U-Haul office, expecting to be reimbursed. However, the manager is on vacation so I was told to wait. I am sure that she will correct the situation…
Irene LoweryU-Haul changed my pick up location without notifying me which caused me an hour delay as well as caused me to increase the mileage to drive which ended up costing me additional money. I did call the morning of when I found out my location was changed and was told a note would be left on my reservation that I am not to pay the additional mileage due to the inconvenience and yet I did. Returning the truck after hours was also just a hassle and not as easy as it's made out to be.

Gina BrodowskiVery friendly staff. The work was done well. I haven't tried out the hitch with my bike rack yet, but it looks solid. The only change I would recommend is to let customers know in advance how long it takes to put on a hitch. Fortunately, there are plenty of stores and cafes near this uhaul, and I didn't need to be somewhere that morning, so the 1,5 hour wait wasn't a problem for me. But I can imagine people being very inconvenienced if they don't have a ride and have to just wait in at the Uhaul. Otherwise, great service and friendly staff. Especially Anthony, who installed the hitch.

When I informed the u haul employee upon returning the vehicle he clearly had heard this before because he was nodding his head as i was explaining the issue. And he actually said " The mechanics are aware" Not good business practice to let consumers drive unsafe Vehicles....

Vincent FrigeriaMy trailer bake and turn signal lights worked fine when I picked up the trailer, at night when I was ready to travel from New York to Florida none of the running/parking lights were working. I called roadside assistance and some did come and fix the problem after3 hours of diagnostic tests then I was finally able to get on my way but it did delay my plans and had to reschedule some things

Fred ScheerThe truck was not in good condition anytime we stopped the truck at a light it would kick back resulting in my items being tossed around and it sounded as if the muffler was broken it was growling . Not to mention the hour and a half it took us to get the keys out of the lockbox because the app wasn't working properly

Carl ZimmermanThe staff were great, but the storage facility needs to be torn down and a new storage facility needs to be built. The current self storage facility is beyond dated. I took one look at the dated facilities and immediately decided to cancel and find a more modern facility to store at.

Being that I'm a woman and I don't do this for living a little bit of direction wasnt much to ask . They both were not happy to be working and been helpful .

He said sometimes it takes a while...we tried it again, and it still didn't accept my code. I will try it again by myself when I go there next. Hopefully it will work. You should fix your software problem. I'k paying for that part of the service to be included..

The staff is all weird. I can't tell you how many times Ive gone into that office and no one was in there. They tell you climate controlled & it was FREEZING!!! The 1 day grace period & $15 if I forget to pay always got under my skin. Corporate uhaul is useless. Even with his rating they say " Please contact the U-Haul Storage Facility and try to resolve any disputes before leaving feedback." but I guess business before anything else.
