Jennette is the best manager I've come in contact with. She's extremely helpful, great at communicating, and in general a pleasure to his business with. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Only thing i would say is giving back a retro amount for unused days i work for the us government and the movers got their 5 days after my lease renewed , so now those 3 weeks of un used storage , goes where? And you will rent that unit out to someone else piggy backing my rental for those 3 weeks

He said sometimes it takes a while...we tried it again, and it still didn't accept my code. I will try it again by myself when I go there next. Hopefully it will work. You should fix your software problem. I'k paying for that part of the service to be included..

It was more of the money management- first my card was charged twice one month and then after I vacated the storage unit it was charged again incurring a 30$ fee!!!!! I notified the office and called the general number when I vacated. I would like the fee reimbursed to me
