I've rented 2 storage units for almost 2 years and finally was able to get my things out of storage and rent the truck, wasn't sure which size but went with 20 ft and everything fit perfectly, and the staff was super nice and helpful through the whole process! highly recommend this. Merci

Beccah BRepair damage to the equipment. Fender on trailer was bend and I had to bend it back out away from the tire.
Stephen GI was a little disappointed with the staff. I told them the reason for my renting the equipment was going to get a lawnmower. They rented me a trailer that didn't have a ramp that went to the ground. If the person I was getting the lawnmower from didn't have a ramp I couldn't have loaded the mower on the trailer the rented me. Very frustrating to drive 20 miles and not be able to use what I was given to complete my task. They should have paid more attention to why I needed the equipment and suggested a different one.

Tom CGet more utility and appliance dollies. They didn't have any and I needed both. They found a utility dolly at a nearby uhaul location and made arrangements for me to pick it up.
JAMES HOne employee, Logan, was not a service tech looked for a wiper blade that I could use to replace the broken wiper blade. Other staff were also very helpful.

Denver JI was originally supposed to pickup my vehicle in Oliver springs at bin pick. The workers there left the vehicle outside for me, but left no key for me to pickup, which threw my entire schedule off.i had to drive 20 Miles out of the way to Karns to pickup my vehicle, and was supposed to get a $50 return from Bin Pick Oliver Springs. I didn't see that the $50 came back thru in the acct, so I don't think they even compensated me the $50 they were supposed to. $50 didn't even begin to cover the impact their mistake had on my day, including the fact that it added 40+ Miles to my move which I had to pay for.

Virginia Dtruck smelled a bit like cigarettes, dash was sticky, but overall it was local so no big deal. Had a terrible squeal you can tell the belt or pully needs replaced. The overall experience at this location has always been magnificent, and this time was no different. The staff of young gentlemen were very polite and very helpful.

Chris BHow about not charging the customers for 2 days rental use even when the equipment is brought back 1 hour and 15minutes after closing on the first day of use. In other words I use the truck for a little over 25 hours and was charged for 48 hours and charged twice for the use of the dollie.

Charles CI did it a little unusual. I stopped in the morning to pay and do paperwork, so we could just swing in and grab the truck in the afternoon on a tight moving schedule. We used self check in after close. It was easy and fast. It wanted to charge me the whole amount instead of crediting the payment I made earlier (mileage was more than I anticipated). But your process let me explain and postpone payment until the next day. The rental lady fixed it for me and I was only charged once, for the full amount, and I didn't have to explain the problem to anybody the next day, she just did it for me. Most excellent service from both ladies working in the facility. It was a little confusing on where I should put the truck at the end, should I leave it under the return tent or park it. I parked it because I was worried somebody would want to use the check in tent and I didn't wanna be in thier way. The radio didn't work, but we had Bluetooth music anyway so that didn't matter. The truck was clean, drove well, and was surpringly good on gas. It was an absolute 5 star experience and maybe one of my best uhaul experiences. If I need another uhaul, this is absolutely the location I'm coming to!

James BThey sold my unit for $40. They did not notify me at all. Even though i spoke with them 2 and 3 times a month since have my storage. I have filed a complaint. Karns, tn uhaul is at fault and needs to replace my things. Unfortunately most of the things in that unit are Irreplaceable. The turn over rate for mgt at this location is unreal. The new women there is a liar.

I have used storage in Nashville before moving here and there is non that compare with this one. This location is superior to anywhere I've been. I definitely give the location and its staff a 10 out of 10. I tell everyone I know about them. Both of my daughters live here and are site managers of 3 large apartment complexes and I have them tell their tenants about your services in case one of them needs storage or a moving vehicle. You really need a flyer that can be put in welcome packages at locations like this.

It wasn't clear to me what area I was supposed to clear my alarm on my door. The young man mentioned two doors and after hours connected with the two doors. I don't remember being told about about the 'blue' area to disarm my door. I wasn't shown any of it, simply told.

The problem with this facility is faulty doors that do not work. At times the lights when you went up the hallway on 3rd level did not come on. Also, the front staff really needs to be trained. They make so many mistakes. They have messed on on my address, phone number, and have even given me another person's contract with all their personal information. I had to take it back. They never say hello when people walk in and never say, " What can we assist you with." Many times you can't find anyone in the front office. I don't think I will ever use this location again. iroda n | Expérience généraleI am temporarily displaced sold house waiting to close on new house. I needed to climate control store at the Airport Uhaul storage. When I online at the Alcoa Uhaul site I rented a second unit. As well I rented a van from Uhaul again! When I went to Alcoa storage to move into my larger unit 2100 it didn't exist!? The online app didn't tell me the 5x8x10 unit was in another city! I had a van full and couldn't access new unit because I didn't have 24hr access!! It's bad enough I had to drive more miles and hours of use on Uhaul van I only had last night to move before leaving for a funeral in Tampa! I now have my wardrobe 40 minutes apart in 2 separate units and was unable to complete my move in to meet my needs of packing my clothes for this trip! The customer service phone center is absolutely useless! No help, no solutions only supportive responses and reflection of feeling! The van was returned and when I return from Tampa I will now have to rent a 3rd van because of the online booking leading me to believe I'd booked another unit at the Alcoa airport location which is where I needed everything under one roof

However after 4 months I opened my storage unit to find everything covered in mold. All of my personal belongings are ruined. It is devastating to lose everything you own especially when you've paid over $100 a month to keep it safe. This is the worst experience I have had in my life.

While moving the items out noticed that most of them had mold growing . This was supposed to be a climate controlled unit. When I inquired the clerk said they had an issue with a fan being out for some time and it was recently fixed, but the facility was still extremely humid and warm. I was handed a brochure and told to call the number. Not impressed at all on the maintenance and climate controlled price.

It is really important to doublecheck paperwork. The other customer has my personal information and it needs to be shredded. Please make sure this happens. I will shred her information. My unit was on the right side with a narrow passage to drive down but no way out. There was water pooled up outside unit as well. Did not give me a very secure feeling so I left. My daughter called the Karns location and talked to Will who was awesome! I got there and it was a complete different experience. The assistant manager was so helpful and knowledgeable and handled my unit change and my drop off location change. All the employees working there were on it! Very courteous. After moving and driving , it made the end of my day so much better! And the employees really seemed to like their jobs and it showed! I would recommend this location for sure . My unit was very nice as well

LEA M | Premières impressionsThe facility is meets my needs and expectations but a couple of recommendations to improve the experience...do not allow people to leave their unwanted items at the entrance to the loading doors. We had to move several items just to get the carts through. You ran out of toilet paper in one of your bathrooms...change out dispensers to facilitate larger rolls or provide housekeeping coverage to ensure the bathrooms are resupplied and cleaned more frequently, to include weekends. The elevator is painfully slow. I'm sure you hear this all the time and there is nothing you can do about it now that the building is finished...but recommend you give feedback to corporate that they should pay a little extra in the initial design and construction of a building to provide multiple elevators that operate at a higher velocity.

ROBERT B | Premières impressionsI had an issue at a different location where the storage unit I had been assigned was double booked and we didn't realize until we pulled in to move in my stuff after hours. From what I understood, it was just a computer issue. Although it was inconvenient, it happens to anybody who works with any kind of computer system, so I wasn't too upset. I went back to that one the next morning and they actually didn't have any more units in the size I needed, so they sent me to this store. The gentleman that helped(I didn't catch his name but he was life saver!!!) me went above and beyond to help accommodate me because of the mix up. Super super super appreciative of all of his help! Excellent customer service!!!
