The manager Mark Molina was very rude and nasty. He walked across the store being nosey because someone was helping me just to interrupt and be nasty and rude and threaten that HE would be the reason I couldn't get a truck. I've used that location for years and I've NEVER been treated like that by ANYONE ANYWHERE!HE Interrupted my transaction with the agent, snatched up my card when nobody was talking to him or asking for his help. That's bad for business as a manager.

ezequiel RomeroManagement was horrible in maintaining accurate notes of what the customer booked and reconfirmed on each daily call received. This isn't rocket science they didn't care to properly note time frames of rental and proceeded with harassment, loud voices, and attitude in their argument to reduce revenue from 1 client in hopes of renting into out to another. This could all be voided by properly noted account notes for rental periods!

Michael RamosEquipment was all good. Did not like the fact that the people at the location were rude and lazy. At least the people inside the location building. The lady sitting at the counter was just sitting there not doing anything with a nasty attitude like is she didn't want to be there, this other guy in the office was just watching tv watch tennis or something like that, on top of that he threw the keys at me on the desk like if customer service didn't matter to him, which was super rude. Then he proceeded to go back and watch tv. After that the lady at the desk looked like she didn't even want to talk to me or like she didn't even want me there, she didn't give any kind of information or anything she just sat there looking at me with a judgy look on her face. And when I asked her questions about the rental she looked at me like if I was stupid and dumb and would answer really rude and nasty with an annoyed expression and tone on her face. When I got there to return the equipment, the signs outside under he canopy/port for returns clearly say "wait inside your rental and someone will be out shortly to help you." Waited 30mins to about 45mins and no one came out. At first I thought maybe they were busy. Walked inside no one was in the store the lady at the desk was just sitting there watching me the whole times from the cameras, the dude in the office was still watching tv. I told them I've been waiting to return the equipment and all she said was yeah I know I saw you in the rental. Which at that point I was upset so I gave the lady the keys then she said nothing, didn't hand me any paperwork, she didn't do anything I had to verbally ask her if I was going to sign anything else then she proceeded to finally tell me that I will get an emailed receipt. What kind of store it being ran here what kind of service is that. If a sign outside says for me to wait I'm going to wait but I would expect someone to be there right away and not have me waiting and if they did have me waiting I would at the very least expect them to be a little busy. I'm not an impatient person but waiting for someone to help you after 30mins-45mins and no one coming out to tell you anything because they are being lazy is flat out not right it's BS quite frankly. Oh and on top of that they decided to loan me a rental that was almost out of gas and still expected me to return the equipment at a 1/4 tank. Literally the gas light was on when I drove the vehicle, and they were going to charge me if I didn't put gas in the truck for them. I expect something to be done and something to be done right.

Robert AbendschanWe were supposed to pick up our uhaul in west Odessa. Instead, the day before, I get an email saying I have to drive to Midland to pick it up. Which is an extra 30 miles for us. They compt us 50 miles. Which I am thankful for. My question is, why let me pick my location pickup, if you are not gonna honor it. Someone should have climbed there happy ass in the truck, and drove it to my location. Also, the place we picked it up. They acted like it was gonna put them out to help us. They didn't come outside with us. Just handed the key to us. We had to find the truck ourselves. Bunch of lazy people you got working for you. The best part of this rental was the drop off. They were very friendly, and got us in and out quickly.

adrian quintinaThe staff wasn't very welcoming then when I got to the truck it was nasty inside. Definitely did not get cleaned and not to mention the driver door on the bottom was damages bad enough that when I drove for 12 hours I had to roll the window down because of the high piched sound it was Making because of the damage, so it was a very noisy drive to say the least.

She kept talking about people over the phone to us-very unprofessional. My card was declined because she only asked me what zip code we were driving to, not where my billing address was for my card. That caused non-needed embarrassment and waiting for others. She seemed like she could care less if she was there or not. She was not friendly. Wrong person for the job.

Wanda FelixThe trucks were parked to close together I was barely able to get into the cab, if someone had no experience driving a bigger vehicle like this it would have been a stressful way to start your day. Also the front left tire was almost bald on the inside due to a bad alignment. I knew this because of the steering wheel being turned 90 degrees to the right while driving straight down the road.
Michael WhitePerform proper maintenance on vehichle. I turned truck in over 48hrs ago still have not received final invoice. A friend had to fix lights because they went up and down as the engine cycled

John MurtaughMy family recently rented a U-Haul to move out of state. The pickup location was okay. The problem was with the "moving help" available on U-hauls app. We used MICHELLES MOVING THE WORLD company out of Midland, TX. They packed our U-Haul. Every, and I mean Every, piece of furniture was damaged, every TV was busted. We have went through all of the proper channels to file a claim with absolutely no resolve. U-Haul says they have no connection with the "moving help" found on their website. I cannot even find my past reservation on my account anymore so I have no way of leaving a review on the moving company's website. I feel so violated. If they are willing to advertise moving companies then they should stand behind their work!!

Edwin PerezHave more help for the desk. Also don't make up your own mileage. I have my pics of the beginning mileage and you guys added 7 miles. No one walked me to my truck. There was some confusion from the start of my rental. It was a mess but Ms Edna was very nice and tried hard to fix things.

The help I received from the Corporate level over the phone, not so much. Will be renting a 15 foot truck in August, to complete my move from Amarillo to Midland. Hope it all goes as well. Been using Uhaul for 45 years, loyal customer. Hasn't always been easy, but it does always work out.

When something is reserved online I expect it to be what I'm getting: midland uhaul is screwing people just because they work in the oil field and assume everyone has a pile of money. Never again.... NEVER
