The computer system was down when I arrived to get the trailer, luckily I had checked in on line. 2 hours later when I came back the system was still down but the employee was able to get through after several tries. Employees and equipment was great, computer system seems to need an update.

At this location, they need a larger show room (where the customers come in). The workers where friendly and had no trouble finding my order, even the manager was very friendly and helped check me back in when I returned the trailer.

I ordered a 26' truck and had to drive 20miles to get a 20' because my reservation was not there. I received the $50 credit but that does not cover time and fuel to go to the new location. Also my stuff did not all fit in the 20' and I have to now rent a trailer to finish moving. After this move I will not use u haul if they can't make things right. I will use private moving places.

I thought the $130 plus cost for 3 days for a 5X8 trailer was a little overpriced ! $33 a day should be justified for such a small light weight trailer.

At both pick up and return I dealt with the same people. Both were super friendly and good workers. The lady at the desk got me taken care of fast and out the door. The gentleman that hooked me up and took off my trailer did so quickly with a smile. Nothing like good customer service with a smile on his face.

I got charged $1,300 for using a trailer for one day. Had to drive over 30 minutes back up to uhaul and that was all for nothing because there was only 1 guy working and he couldn't help me because his boss wasn't there. Had to make several phone calls and was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time all because of uhauls mistake and not once did anyone apologize or even take the time to explain to me how it happened. I will avoid using uhaul ever again at all cost.

The truck had some major problems: gas gauge went crazy, and we had to stop on several occasions, thinking we needed more gasoline--and then the tank overflowed when we tried to fill it! Many delays. The brakes were iffy: we had to take extra care in several situations, not knowing whether to count on the brakes.

Made a reservation almost a week ahead for a 15' truck and two furnitures dolly just for them to downgrade the truck without even asking first and there were no dollies. Ended up making two trips instead of one because the truck was too small. The service rep was nice but frankly would not go to that location again

Location offers typical lackadaisical Midland-style customer service: do the bare minimum and don't try to even succeed at that. Reserved a $10 dolly to rent with the truck but they didn't have any available, but they did offer to let me buy one for $30. Uh, no thanks. Had a coupon for a free package of tape and they looked at it and essentially said “oh, we can't honor that because you ordered your boxes online.” Nevermind that I got the coupon because I ordered boxes online. Ultimately, the truck worked and it was safe, but the staff at the store are abysmal.
