U-Haul definitely took care of me. I had car trouble bringing back the trailer and to my knowledge they didn't charge me anymore. I was just a couple hours late and I'm picking another one up a box trailer tomorrow cause I like the equipment taking that up to New Jersey, so I recommend using this facility Using U-Haul

Work with people don't be a corporate robot. In times like this we need to all work together and be understanding of each others situation. I rented a 6x12 trailer for local day use and used it for an out of state. Dropped it off within 48hrs did not expect to pay for a local rate but absolutely did not think I'd be price gauged for $1,600+. Called in to both drop off and pickup address locations and spoke to corporate and NOBODY would help me with the bill as I said didn't expect it to be free or 2 days local charge but $1,600+ for one day and dropped off in Southern Tennessee not Alaska or Washington state is ridiculous. Worst thing is I'm a U-Haul guy big supporter of the brand but the fact that nobody would help was nuts. Times are tough and we're all trying our best to get by all I'm looking for is a little bit of empathy and humanity.

Excellent. Only issue would be if possible to have more than one customer service representative inside at the counter especially in the mornings there is usually a line. Still good service though.

Have my rental ready at the original time I requested and I saw the trailer dropped off and they were told it had a taillight out

Vehicle had 2/two error lights on the dash constantly. Vehicle also made strange noise after driving and engine was turned off. I pointed it out to an employee upon return and he said "yeah, I mentioned that last week but we haven't had a mechanic out yet"…..

The transport trailer has towing issues. The trailer was "dog tracking" (not following true to the towing vehicle). This caused excessive vibrations and shaking. Because of a family emergency at home, we had to continue the trip and fight through the shaking. When I turned it in, I told the owner John. He drove my SUV with the trailer and experienced issues and agreed it shouldn't be used. I have reported this and requested a refund for this. By the way, you can look at n my account and see I have rented other trailers and never had this issue.

The truck was good…no problem there. However, Tammy, the lady that was on site, she was not the most customer service friendly person. She did get the job done but did it with a poor attitude and had a posture of negativity. It seemed like she had dealt with so many combative or argumentative customers that she began responses in a defensive way from the outset.

Check in process is horrendous and always system problems at this location I have rented here multiple times (as most convenient location) and even though I book online and provide credit card, it still took 40 minutes waiting in line to finally get my rental I will drive further out of my way to use different location or try budget rental next time

They gave me a trailer with 3 tires that were out of round and both axle chains broken. The vibration was so bad I only made it 30 mile before stopping at the U-Haul in Fort Myers where they had to replace 3 of the 4 tires. Trailer should never have been rented. Especially to a one way rental of over 1300 miles. What kind of inspections are done before letting equipment out of the yard? This trailer could have caused me to have a serious accident. Those people should be fired. The folks in Fort Myers were exceptional and very concerned and helpful. Ask the GM how bad that trailer was.

Fair service but definitely not as good as where we picked up the trailer. Difficult to navigate where to go and in the pouring rain, noone to help. Location clean but not very inviting. (No choice for that above).

The location was busy. There was only one person working on customers picking up rental vehicles. More staff would have helped. I was fortunate to be more toward the front of the line.

Staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. The only criticism I have is the long wait I had in line to receive service. However, I think that was partially due to problems that staff were having with the computer.

I wasn't able to use the app when returning the trailer after hours. The phone number that I called for assistance was not answered. However, the guys who got me a trailer were outstanding. There was a light not working that was quickly repaired and safety issues were important to your crew!

I recommend to do a pickup. I called for mine. Everything went fast and smooth. Moving can be hectic so you definitely want a U-Haul truck at tamiami trail. The customer service is great.

I picked up my truck for 6:00 PM rental. I'm giving the wrong paperwork that doesn't go with the vehicle that they're giving me to drive away in return of the vehicle earlier Friday, March 15. Nobody seems to have a clueless to what's going on how I ended up with the wrong truck, the computer systems down no, we can check me out and process my payment at that point now you guys are trying to charge me more fucking money than I was told I was going to pay.

My rental trailer was ready for pick-up at the time and location as agreed. The service and hook-up was efficient. the trailer was clean and empty ready for use. Everything went smoothly including the drop-off. U-Haul does a great job!

The check-in process was fast and painless. The rep was friendly and helpful. The technician had me hooked up and ready to go in less than five minutes. The return process was even faster and easier. The tech showed me where to park the trailer. He disconnected everything and emailed me my receipt. Return process was also less than five minutes. I would highly recommend this location and plan to use them again.

Hi ! The manager was very rude to me , for not letting me pay half the money I have to keep my stuffs in the storage . He keeps all my stuff and keep me out off the lease without my agreement . All my documents and my stuff stealing is not fair !

Everything was just great - staff are very friendly and helpful. Although not the fault of the facility, but the truck I was assigned was horribly, grossly and nauseatingly marijuana stench infused from the previous renter. That should've been addressed before I was assigned the vehicle during post-previous renter inspection. The staff did take immediate action upon my complaint and rectified the issue…so for that I am thankful!

When I got to the front desk, the person couldn't find out my reservation. When she tried to make another reservation didn't have available the storage with the measurements I needed (10×10) However, I agreed to have the storage unit they offered me instead (8x8) But they gave me a unit that was already occupied. So, they have no control over the availability of units

Dan or Danny really deserves a raise in pay.. Very costumer friendly, He really made our UHAUL EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE !! Again the supervisor should realize, a gentleman like Daniel is one of a kind !!! UHAUL AGAIN, Give him more money . I sold my business in Cleveland and bought a house in Crown Point , 44132 .. I probably wouldn't ever had sold it but to find 42 employees like Dan , UHAUL , good luck, and you know …. ITS ALL ABOUT ; cleanliness , organizing , and never loose a guy like him !!!!

The storage unit was fine. The flood from Hurricane Ian was not your fault but how I was treated afterwards was not cool. I had to go down and go through my stuff no dry way to repair (not your fault) was told I could leave my key and I would be contacted when the drywall was replaced in my storage until. 3 months later not contacted and needed stuff out of the unit went and got my key and the dry wall was never replaced. They did cut a hole in the dry wall as I had to clean up the mess when I moved out. That was another thing if you went in and did work on dry wall you should clean it up not me.

Overall I was very pleased with the facility. The one issue after storm Ian damage was the increase in cost without any communication. I have disputed this change but without any response from UHaul Naples location or head office, after multiple calls to try to resolve. Regrettably this latter experience negated all of the great work done after Hurricane Ian. Thank you

Please provide door stoppers for the entrance doors to prop open when moving in or move out of storage units.

People in the office are very rude, had to wait in line to get access to our unit as they kept door locked, spent an hour waiting for them to unlock a door to allow access, they were very rude to people waiting we had a code to get in but the system was down so they made everyone wait in line to get them to open the door very inconvenient for people storing tools and work tools in a storage unit, I’ve used uhaul all across the country by far the worst uhaul ever

We had our storage unit about 10 months during our home remodel. We were in and out of our unit many times during that period. We also rented 2 trailers to haul to and from Illinois. All first class facilities, trailers and service.

The staff at this location are all friendly and very helpful. The biggest detractor from this site is that it is extremely difficult to bring anything in a truck or trailer as the entirety of the two months I used this storage I was barely able to park anywhere near the only doors into the building despite having three sets of doors that were always locked effectively doubling the time it took to load and unload storag items. Also it should be noted that the font parking of the storage is so packed with uhaul trucks that my family and I had to park halfway onto a busy road while unloading and this is incredibly unsafe as I saw ample storage space for the fleet trucks in the back.

Found the unit I moved into missing a light bulb, so no light. Saw a large rodent trap in far corner of unit and a few dead insects in the hallway outside the unit. Definitely different from the unit I moved from in Maryland.

I reserved two conditioned spaces and they had neither when I got there. Very unprofessional and the lady at the counter should have been fired for her inability to understand and take control of a situation where a customer comes in with a reservation and is upset about not having a place to unload the truck. She was indignant when I asked what was the point of making a reservation if they don't reserve the units. This was not a good experience and I will never recommend nor use Uhaul again!!!

I called ahead because we had a one way rental from Colorado and needed storage. I spoke with Doug and he said storage was available. Once we arrived I found that the storage wasn't large enough (I wasn't told which sizes were available) and had to get two units. Had I known this, I would have chose a different drop off. Fortunately Joshua was super helpful and made it less stressful and provided the best customer service. We had just driven 2 200 miles so I appreciated his helpfulness and kindness.

Many times access to storage was blocked by U-Haul trucks with no place to park. Door to storage doesn't stay open and therefore smushes as you walk through with items. Also, can't open double door for oversized items. Concrete guards surrounding storage door entrance were very annoying and obtrusive. . Also, on many occasions, door to storage was locked and had to wait and find an unfriendly employee to open.
