Personnel on site were great and very professional. BUT WE COULD NEVER SPEAK WITH AN AGENT ON SITE, phone went to off site. Very difficult and frustrating. It was clearly a function of them being swamped with business, but there has to be a way to communicate with them on site.

First pickup spot was on Collier Blvd in a run down gas station. The owner was rude and the truck was broke down. Had to call 1800 u haul to get new location to get truck. The corporate location was great very helpful. Would recommend them but not the place on Collier blvd


This was NOT my original drop off location. But once i got to this location after being sent away from my oeiginal drop off location - Timothy was very helpful My orginal DO was rude blunt and nkt very reassuring. I was a one way . I dont know the area very well yet... her lack of compassion / customer relatability was extremely subpar at best.

Doug is the WORST Customer Service you could possibly have. I got there first thing Sunday morning. I was first in line, told hime I was returning a vehicle. He told me to go Online to return it. I asked him if I could return it through him since I was standing in front of him... he said NO, if you don't want to return it online, I'll have to wait for additional help to start work. I waited 15 minutes while he puttered in the back of the store. He told me he couldn't accept my return because I had not parked the vehicle in the exact Return spot, although it was the same spot from which I picked it up. After I moved the vehicle, he told me it wasn't between the lines correctly. Finally, 45 minutes later, another worker arrived and checked me out. What should have taken 5 minutes actually took me 50 minutes to just return a vehicle. Doug was mean, derogative and very nasty.

I had a very bad experience there in July of 2019 while picking up a moving trailer, from the girl in the office giving poor instructions to a very rude and confrontational man working on the lot. This time my experience was very much the opposite. Even though they were very busy, Luvan was extremely courteous and efficient. He's a good employee. Hang on to him.

We wanted to pick up the dolly near our home but was not told that we had to drive across town to pick it up. Then we were not allowed to drop it off where we wanted but had to drive another 20 miles farther. You need to make this clear at the time of placing the order.

The front desk girl was nice and the store looked nice. The man that got our truck was extremely rude and unfriendly. The truck was not clean, the windshield and truck were covered in bugs from the previous trip. We were forced to use this location even though we requested a different location that was closer for us and had the equipment we wanted. This location was so busy that the employees were frazzled and rude. Will not be quick to use usual again.

The equipment was excellent and the workers at the site are excellent. Th one thing that would make it perfect is a place to Park your car when you have a same day rental.

The counter clerk, Rosemary Cosne,(spelling) was quite pleasant. Very talkative. However, when I told her that I was concerned about the trucks tires, she told me," There was nothing to worry about for all of the vehicles tires are inspected when they are returned.". I reluctantly left and carried on with my day. After loading up and driving down the road heading towards I 75, the right, rear, outer tire literally disintegrated. I decided to turn around and travel the five miles back to the U Haul shop where I originally picked up the truck. Upon arrival, I showed the tire in question to a U-Haul employee, Alvin Gato, who, like myself as well as my helper , pinched his fingers on the steel belted wires protruding from the inside of the tire as the three of us were examining the various bulges and extreme wear spots which clearly exposed the internal thread of the tire I tried to describe the situation to the current counter clerk, Joshua, however, He interrupted me and instructed me to wait in line where there were nine customers already waiting. While waiting, I contacted the reservation manager, Yaylee, who was extremely helpful in that she arranged for road side assistance to meet me at the U Haul station as well as relaying a message to Joshua to give me another truck even if it meant to postpone the next customer the next day. I received a text from Road side Assistance that the repair would take place in 90 minutes which equated to 7:00 pm. Joshua clearly expressed his disagreement about the decision to do so and reluctantly signed me up for the new truck even though the client for this new truck wouldn't even pick it up until the next day. The transferred to the other truck was completed after the shop had closed as the shop crew was closing all of the doors and still no Roadside Assistance. A half an hour into the return trip, I received a call from the Roadside Assistance mechanic stating that the address was a church and not the U-Haul shop for he was given the wrong address. I gave the mechanic the correct address and explained to him that the U Haul shop had already closed and bid him a good night. The following Monday I received a call from the U Haul shop manager/owner named Tim. After I explained everything that occurred, he rudely accused me of overloading a truck which has useful load of 12,000 lbs. with 250 plastic boards. I explained that it was 100 boards which weighed 70 a piece and that the tire was in disrepair to begin with. He still blamed me for an over load even after I sent him the damaging photos of the tire in question and refused me of a full refund after I told him of the fact that this avoidable event caused me to miss a day of work as well as placing my life in danger if the tire blew out at a speed of 70 mph on I 75. He also stated that I was already refunded $50 already and that I shouldn't complain even after I told him that the $50 was for full tank of fuel in the original truck which I didn't have a chance to use. Tim eventually refunded only $80 and told me that I should be happy that I got that after I requested a full refund. Yaylee told me that I had until the following Tuesday to return the truck, however, I returned it on Sunday for I had already missed a day of work due to this "circus event" and thought that perhaps it would assist in the process of a possible refund if I gave U Haul a chance to utilize the truck earlier than planned.The ineptitude, rudeness, and unprofessionalism truly had a negative impact on my day as well as the weekend, not to mention the impending danger that was avoided only due to the fact that the tire blew out while still driving at a low speed on the main road leading to the interstate.

The time it took to get this trailer was way too long we had a large ball so that was a problem. And we did not have something needed to hook up the lights. I think these things are common and Uhaul should have what is necessary at no additional charge for our use. Not enough help in the office and we had to wait too long in there also.

I left a rope, a screwdriver and locking vice grip in back and it was not there when I called.. I also left my bank card in the cab it to was gone.. Lost are the days where things and people are respected and items are turned into lost and found.

Filthy van, not COVID compliant. Bad smell, we felt sick after using van. The entire location is disgusting. UHaul is not in compliance with COVID regulations. Clean up your vehicles and location. ASAP. Now
