Nothing Seth was excellent .Went above and beyond .Sold and installed the perfect light kit for my hot dog cart too !Besides installing a plug for my vehicle .

When I went to pick up my trailer I was having electrical issues with the wire hook up. I was picking up the trailer because I was about to move. I asked the employee if I could just leave the trailer there (possibly overnight) since I paid for it already and go get my connection point fixed and it might not be that day. He told me if I didn't come back before they closed I lost the trailer even tho I paid. I then had to hurry to get my issue fixed. Once I retype same day it turns out as soon as I drove away the employee already refunded my money. I returned and had to pay double to get the trailer I had already paid for. He said I got the money back right after he refunded it but it was taken from my account already and the refund would show for a few days. All in all I was not happy with my experience with U-Haul. I just wish U-Haul understands that people may have issues when they go pick up a trailer and that it takes time to get things fixed and not immediately refund them.

When I ordered a tow dolly to tow a vehicle and told them I would pick it up later because I had to pack my truck first when I went to pick up the tow dolly they had canceled my order but they told me they were open till 7:00 I said fine I'll pick it up before 7:00 when I went to pick it up my order was canceled I had to spend wasted time reordering the tow dolly when in fact I should have been able to just come back after the truck was loaded and then attached the tow dolly and be on my way otherwise yes I would recommend U-Haul and their accessories the people were very friendly but don't cancel my order before my allotted time to be able to pick it up that's all

Although the vehicle was easy to operate I had a difficult time getting in and out of the driver's compartment. Maybe an additional step to access the the vehicle would have helped

Each order should only have 1 invoice, not 5 per order. The billing department is not helping me get one invoice. I had 4 boxes, on 1 order, and got 10 separated orders each with multiple invoices and charges. Billing somehow didnt see this issue when i called.

The facility was clean, well lit, and safe. Members of staff on duty do a walk thru several times a day. The process was easy and the staff is extremely helpful. I've also heard this about the staff from several other customers who rent from there. Their reputation w the local community is excellent. I would recommend anyone I know to try out this location

Staff at this uhaul center is always helpful. Our family uses uhaul a lot for storage and truck rentals and we never have trouble at the Military Rd. center.

All U-Haul employees were polite and professional. One in particular was clearly Outstanding. A young lady by the name of "Clohe" (sp?) could not have done a better job. This young lady seemed to be able to read minds and answered questions prior to them even being asked. This woman clearly enjoys what she's doing and makes Everyone's life better. BRAVO CHLOE (sp?) and U-Haul for having her. I assure you that Me and Mine Will be using U-Haul in the future and We'll ALL be looking for Chloe and the fine group of professionals that work with her! I Do Not throw praise around lightly being a former United States Marine -but- one this occasion -again- THANK YOU U-Haul, and Chloe and the Entire Crew at the Military Rd location.

Check-in process and customer service was great. Once again, I left with a truck with only 1/4 tank of gas. This happens too often when I rent from this location.

Every single time we visited an alarm went off at some point during our visit (not trigger by us) and no one did a thing about it, which didn't make us feel that our stuff was super safe if anyone wanted to break in, since no one responded to the alarms. There was often trash on the ground and the place didn't look well cared for, sadly. When we came to move out from our second floor unit, the elevator was broken! I am disabled and can't use stairs so my wife had to unload the entire unit using the stairs! We had let people know we were coming down that day from Ontario and someone should have let us know about the elevator before we drove down all that way and rented a truck. I would like a partial refund of our last month's rent or something to make up for the hassle we had to deal with. The fact that we were able to have things shipped to the location a few times was a huge advantage and a big reason we kept our unit there as long as we did.

The truck smelt bad the customer service at this location is terrible. Employee hands are absolutely disgusting touching your ID eating behind the counter while customer in the there. I won't be back after using Uhaul trucks for 15 years

Previous renter had smoked / vehicle smelled of smoke. I would suggest checking for that in the future in case the next renter is sensitive to smoke.

Someone really needs to work on your app because every time I went looking for a trailer it would say it wouldn't be in stock but since I live so close to the U-Haul shop that I go to I know they had the trailers in stock trailers are not updated properly on your mobile app

Work needs to be done on the website because it does not have the equipment listed that's at the site I knew they had what I needed but on the computer it said it wasn't available but it was available you had six open utility trailers

Went 7 miles total. I refueled and the gauge was still at full . the truck it took 6 gals to fill it back up. I asked the sales person. That it must not of been full at the time of pick up. Did nothing. Sales person was very grumpy and not very helpful. We waited over 20 minutes upon return. To get anyone to acknowledge. Several people were there just ignored. Would not do anything about it. I had to clean off all of the windows prior to leaving as they were full of ice and snow. The back door was frozen and it took us over an hour to get unfrozen in order to start loading the truck. Over all very bad service.

I thought that my things would be safe as it was indoor storage, but everything was moldy when I removed it from storage. There were also metal objects that were rusted along with the mold. When I came to remove my items, the codes to get in weren't working, so the alarms went off twice. Nobody came to check when the alarms went off, they just shut off the alarms from the office. It made me feel as if my storage wasn't that secure.

Kaylee was a pleasure to deal with. Apart from her professionalism, the rest of my experience was negative. I asked for 24 / 7 access and was provided an access card that did not work from the time it was issued to me. I was told that I could call the day before and that the building would be left open if I needed after hours access. WTF?? How is that secure. I ended up not needing a second month and had nothing in my locker when it was time for renewal. I attempted to contact U-Haul the day before the renewal and was promised a call back from the 'Manager' before 4 pm. It took multiple calls and several hours to get a call back saying I would get another call back after 4 pm. I never received the promised call back and was billed an additional month - including a late payment fee - in error. Kaylee rectified this issue and was a complete professional. I nevertheless did not appreciate being sent notice that I was in arrears for an empty locker. In 2014 - 2016, I rented a 5 x 5 locker from this same location and had a much more positive experience. I'm not sure what happened since than but I was not impressed this time with the exception of Kaylee. She was very professional and is an asset to the company! Hire more people like Kaylee.

I was in a hurry when I was reserving a unit and got one that was too small for all of my belongings. When I got there and realized I needed bigger, the young woman at the counter sat right down and found me a unit she pulled up my information and was able to charge a little difference and I was in. The carts and elevator were a Godsend. Really good service, very helpful. Nice and clean.

There was No advantage of indoor storage vs storage unit access from outside only - the Mice still found the way into the unit. For the cost difference, the weather load and unload of outdoor storage would still be the first choice.

I had a storage unit and I kept receiving notices that my bill increased. I don't feel like I should have paid so much because their were mice feces on the floor and on my stuff and what ever the mice could burrow through. I would have kept the storage unit longer if it were not for these things. Overall the staff were friendly and I like the convenience of the storage unit and being able to access at all times, renting a van over the phone with fast service, being able to park my car at the facility while I unload my stuff so I don't have to take an uber back and forth, equipment provided to help with loading/unloading, moving supplies to buy in the store and being able to drop key off after hours. Merci.

Rodent infestation and mildew causing damage to some items. Paid for climate control and should not have mildew. Insurance company difficult to work with. Agent is not responding to my emails because I did not accept the initial offer and refused to sign off before the unit was completely empty. Once unit was empty more damage was found. Once I filed a claim, staff at local U-Haul facility refused to speak with me. Most staff members at local facility we're not knowledgeable of the procedure to file claim. One person, I believe his name was William Wilson, who has left the position, was as helpful as he could be and seem to be knowledgeable. Alicia was knowledgeable and provided minimum information and access to insurance company all other people didn't have a clue.

I didn't store food yet after a year in storage there was a tremendous amount of mouse droppings everywhere including my boxes!! The mice also tore up the newpaper i used to wrap my objects up with. The staff member was friendly, but didn't explain things well at all. For instance, I only realized after that I am paying for a high unit rather than a lower (6 foot) one. The staff member just assigned me the unit without asking which height I would need. I would recommend this storage facility with the caveat of asking tons of questions. I reserved and paid for an Outdoor, Pull up storage unit months before my move-in day. When I arrived on my move-in day, I was informed that there were no outdoor units available. I even showed the printed paperwork. They said there would only be one inside of the building, but it was on the first floor. This was a struggle for the people who helped me move in, as we all thought (as we should), that I was going to drive up to my outdoor unit that I reserved. I didn't give them a hard time, they said they were sorry, etc. Anyways, it all worked out. (Mind you, I still thought that the replacement unit they gave me would still be climate controlled, as this is what I reserved to have.) When I arrived 3 months later to move out, I was astounded to see my entire mattress as well as my box spring were completely molded. All different colors. After checking the website and storage map, I found that the room I was given, 1271, was indeed NOT climate controlled. I also was billed $148 monthly, whereas I thought it was going to be $114 a month. Besides the moldy mattress and moldy box spring and the room replacement, the young male employees were always very helpful and super kind.

Nothing but problems since day one. That's why we moved our items once settled. Wrong unit numbers, alarms going off constantly when we opened our unit, ignorant staff. Never again.

The loading door is located opposite the entry door, which is not intuitive. There is a 2-3in lip at loading door that you must pull carts over, making it impractical to use them. The door into storage was too narrow, creating a challenge getting a couch inside, which was quite unexpected. Overall I would not recommend this unit

Now, at first I was very pleased with everyone there, then I moved out of my storage there, told everyone I moved out, and told them I left, a large, empty storage box for anyone, and a empty Landry basket, to which the employees said, ok, and I wouldn't be charged anymore because I moved out, then I get a bill for a storage I moved out of on March 28th, yeah, your welcome, for the large pepperoni pizza, that's the thanks I get for buying you a pizza, you send me a bill for a storage I told you I moved out of, and you made no mention of anything else.

When I got the storage unit, I was told that I had to purchase a lock from Uhaul, even though I had my own lock. So I purchased one, then found later that I didn't need to...also why does Uhaul need 3 phone numbers to rent. This is the only time I had to come up with three numbers...also the employee that helped me was a bit rude. I was told from another employee that he was new. Maybe I should have said something when I first got the storage. It was a month ago...every time I went to the unit after I never saw him again. Maybe he got fired because of it...don't know.

The manager is not very friendly. The system had trouble processing my autopay and she continually charged me a late fee. When they set up my storage they did not even have my correct address phone number or credit card information. It never got resolved so I moved my stuff with a budget truck and save money and aggravation. I feel bad that this lady does not value people and Ian more bottom line that came generated.

I had cockroaches crawling on my stuff when I was moving it out and I have mice poop all over my property. I will never put any of my property back in there I feel like I should get some money back

Things are fine but don't expect any professional cooperation if you have a problem. Emails not answered. Questions not answered. Notices sent to wrong address.violations of nys storage facility laws.
