One issue that I did not recognize until day 2 of this rental is that 3 of the 4 tires were in very good shape with lots of tread on them. The 4th tire tread was not very far from the wear bar indicator. And the UHaul staff in Yuma knew that I was taking this Trailer on a cross-border trip of close to 2 000 miles. I monitored all of the tires each day of the rental. Nothing happened on this trip. When I returned the Trailer in Edmonton, Alberta, I advised the staff at this location that the one tire should be replaced before this Trailer is rented again.

Christopher SOverall very good. However on our trip to SD, encountered a white-out storm with 45 mph winds in the Laguna Mtn. The wiper blades needed replacing or repaired which stalled at a serious moment & I was forced to pull aside due to the inefficient blade movement which also resulted in further scratch damage to the windshield. Mgr was excellent in customer relations. Also assistants were courteous & professiona.

Ernesto RWaited in line 20 minutes just to buy a lock for the truck, customer service at the desk was unable to ascertain who was here for full rentals and who is here for a quick service like buying a lock unable to process customers by how long it would take. Someone getting a full rental should wait 2 minutes so someone can be billed out for purchasing a lock or a box not the other way around. Only one person at the desk several people working in back would you recommend

Angel HI have not received a final invoice showing the final amount that was charged to my card. This seems to be a recurring theme with Uhaul. I get the email with the original amount estimated but have to request a final invoice showing what the actual billing was.

Or separating customers with reservations from customers who are starting fresh so those who took the time to reserve their rental can be processed immediately instead of having to wait for others. The person who took my reservation in person needs training in customer service. He didn't seem to be interested in my business and asked the same questions 2-3 times instead of paying attention. The person who attended to me when I picked up my rental was good and prompt. The person who prepared my equipment was also the one who received my return. He was excellent. The price was reasonable. The equipment was great and did the job perfectly. The location was central, but you need more room. Overall, a good experience.

Ive moved and used uhaul in the last 20 years at least 15 times this was hands down the worst experience and makes me not want to ever use yall again.
