I was lied to, misrepresented and treated very disrespectful. Fuck U-haul. I will never rent from them ever again.
The guy named Alonzo or Alfonzo did an awesome job. He really went above and beyond to answer my questions. He did not stop until I was satisfied. You guys need more people like him, he definitely loves customer service. A+++++ to this location personnel.
Huge scheduling issue. It was not this locations fault in anyway. We did not pick up at our scheduled time but had a 26 ft. truck reserved for 3 days. We checked in 3 hours after our pick up time on the app and it gave us the go ahead to pick up our truck. Upon arrival at the initial location, we learned our truck had been given away. They stated in their records that they called us but we did not have any missed calls or even a voicemail. We called Uhaul help line and they located a 20 ft truck at this location and a small trailer 45 minutes away. We picked up both items but learned the truck was due back that night And the trailer in 24 hours. I called Uhaul and got it extended to the 3 day window but then received a call reminding us that our items were due back within 24 hours. Such a cluster! We have a scheduled move in a year and I will no longer be using Uhaul services. It was very apparent that there is no consistency in their practices from location to location. The app is under performing and misleading in its effectiveness. With Uhaul (main) it is very apparent that the right hand never knows what the left is doing. We had a semi poor experience 3 months ago when we utilized their service but nothing like this. After two rounds of issues, it is apparent the company has a huge process issue. I will be using another company moving forward
Van had very "sloppy" (loose) steering, which I reported to the staff. Otherwise, no problems.
You really need to take care of Alfonso the manager at the Yuma location. He is a gem and I am a business owner and I know a gem when I see one. They are rare and hard to find.

The tail break lights did not work, had to go back and have them fixed.
I had a very bad experience, I got charged 19.17 & was not told that if I didn't go online to state I had returned the uhaul I would be charged, to our surprise we got charged and Wr told we had to read the small print, we only had 24 hours to move and Wr in a rush we didn't have time to read The small print , out of courtesy we could have been told when people move...reading is one of the last things anyone does if that's the way the company scams their customers well they got us!!! bad service is what I have to say to this

Everything is great but, the phone service it's a pain. I kept calling for two days from LA and no one answer the phone I was on hold for ever. Never got an answer. Please answer the phone!!
The real problem is the customer call center. I tried returning it on line and it wasn't working so got charged extra fees for after hours they say. But it was back hours before hand and still got charged.
We had an issue with pricing. We were charged for 2 days when we should have been charged for 1. We are awaiting refund.
We love our UHAUL main location. What I hate, is when i go online to uhaul.com and make a change to my reservation my reservation gets moved to one of the secondary centers. I go to the main location because they are good, professional, and know what they are doing. The secondary locations do not. They have "other/main" customers that they need to wait on. I don't like waiting for someone to pay for gas so I can pay for my truck. Sometimes there is only one person working the secondary locations. I am sure some bean counter thought that was a good idea, but it is not. I am a business owner and an employee never treats your customers as good as the owner and a secondary location will always make your customers even less of a priority. That is why bean counters don't make good business owners.
Customer service lacking. Not friendly at all make you feel like your going to rip them off. Very slow to get anyone to help you.
Everything that could go wrong did but in the end it all worked out my experience was horrible terrible but i am sure the next time it will be different. One thing after another let me tell you just glad to be done with it all

Didn't get credit for not passing my mileage was 40 but returned it at 35
The person who checked us out was extremely helpful. however your online system is terrible / couldn't check in, couldn't check out Online. Your employee couldn't get system to work trying to turn in truck. 4 people waiting and one person at the desk. Reservation done online was messed up. The only redeeming thing was the front desk person when we checked in.
I have done business at this location several times. They are consistently A+.
