Lemual THOMPSONStorage unit ceilings were not as shown in the showroom. I couldn't even fit my furniture upright and my mattresses were tore up by the rough wood plank ceiling and had to be bent in half just to get them into the unit sideways and still have space for the rest of my things. Because the ceilings were so low I also had to purchase a second unit just to fit everything when I was expecting to have plenty of space to stack boxes. Also the parking lot, if you can even call it that is an absolute mess and a hazard. Trying to load and unload furniture and boxes through doors that you have to key swipe every single time to enter made our moving process so much more difficult and trying to park and exit when all the U-haul trucks are there was absurd. This is probably the poorest storage unit location step up I have ever seen. Plus there is no prorated move out which I have never rented a storage unit that doesn't prorate their move in and move out so that was financially detrimental and the storage units also had some units that were up stairs. I don't know anyone who would rent a unit where they have to haul stuff up and down stairs just to store them. I will never use U-haul storage ever again. Any time I needed to talk to staff I had to wait for over 20 minutes even when it was just one person in line and one day I just walked out because it was talking so long and I just had a simple question to verify payment went through for my units. They also failed to refund me for a hitch that I did not purchase but was still charged to my credit card. I was going to purchase a hitch with the trailer I was going to rent but the lights on the trailer did not work so they couldn't rent it to me and so I said I don't need to purchase the hitch then but they still charged me for it even though I didn't even take one. The facility was clean but there was also no light inside the storage units which made finding stuff inside them difficult too. The storage access and business hours were convenient but everything else about renting here was as inconvenient as possible. Two stars, one for cleanliness and the other for pity for the next person who rents a unit here.

Steven CrossleyCleaning the cab prior to customers arrival. Having a full body inspection and diagnostics completed before equipment is used to do a long distance drive. It was not maintained and resulted to truck breaking down only 2 hours on the drive. It was the most inconvenient, unprofessional, stressful experience I have ever had with U-haul. Very disappointed.

Female co-employee was visible frustrated and was making facial expression to male employee not to help me. Male employee was able to assist me within 10 minutes which was no hassle to him. Overall, I appreciate that the male employee was able to assist me.

Also we had only 1/8 of gas not 1/4. But charged me 11$ for gas. I think that's bull!! Where's my pictures I took on your app? Hmmm can't access can I? Figures!!!

Robert HarrisI got a uhaul from your location today. And it had homeless people doing drugs in the back when I got home. They were locked in there 3 hours before I opened the back of the truck. Took me all day to get rid of them they just now left in the front of my house even after calling the cops and making a report. I came back to the location to switch out the U-haul. Hoping that they would do something about it. But instead they just switched it out and said they were sorry. I am very disappointed with the service that I received this location. Somebody should have checked the trucks in the morning to make sure that people weren't in the back especially finding out the dislocation. I have this problem. I shouldn't have had to deal with fentanyl nor pills that they dumped all over the ground in front of my house

Robin Becerra | Premières impressionsI placed an order on line and should have been charged to 2970. I made sure to add a dolly and moving blankets. I got a call from someone asking if I would move my reservation to a further away uhaul and get a free pickup day on Saturday. I go to pickup it up and an another day on the drop off so it's due on monday and roadside assistant which should have been an extra 160. When I paid it was 3300 I was then called by uhaul asking what location I wanted to drop off on Sunday and I told them no I was dropping it off on Monday, they said they looked into it and added an extra day for free. So I shouldn't have paid for any extra days but I did. The pickup location also claimed that my rental had a furniture dolly only so I am gonna guess that whoever switched my reservation messed it all up and I ended up paying more than I should have.

Robin BecerraFirst, the attendant didn't even tell me where the truck was and I had to wonder around the lot to find the truck, Second, I ordered a dolly and furniture pads and the attendant assured me they were in the truck. I got home and they were not. Third, the app didn't have the current information or the extra insurance I paid for. Fourth, the attendant told me he'd email me the receipt and when I called about the dolly and furniture pads, the representative told me they didn't even have my email on file to email the receipt. I will NEVER use or refer this U-Haul location again! The attendant was lazy and not helpful. The attendant who checked me in when I returned the truck was great; however, I still won't use or recommend this location again.

christina joeTrailer marker lights constantly needed to be watch to make sure they did not fall off during transit. Ratchets were rusty and hard to operate. I had to lubricate the ratchets myself to use it. The customer should not have to pay for rental (128) and then maintenance the trailer to properly uae it. There was dents al around the unit, to include on the licence plate which is severly damaged. There was rust around the brake actulator and system. Althogh operational, its my opinion that the trailer need to go through the manufacturer maintenance cycle as soon as possible. This causes me to question if ANY preventive maintenance is Actually done.

Had to wait 30 minutes for someone else to show up, then was told they would refund my unused boxes because I didn't bring my receipt, even though they found the purchase from the previous day in the system. Note.. buy all boxes from Home Depot. Screw Uhaul.

However, I regret to share that the customer service experience, particularly with Andrew, was disappointing. Despite a successful rental, Andrew's demeanor was perceived as rude and unhelpful. Additionally, there was a lapse in providing the rented mattress cover, and when I came back to get the cover, the process let me feeling like I was inconveniencing the staff. Improvement in customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I never actually moved into them. Parking is a major problem here. There are three parking spaces for people with storage. The rest of the property is for incoming and outgoing mobile equipment.

Online instructions should mention that you still need to go into the office to complete move in and get an access card in order to access the unit. Instructions from employees was clear.

After moving my stuff out found that more than I originally thought was taken. Around 5 thousand dollars worth of items stolen. Was told cameras were not working that day! Haha!!! All this does not even include the items that can NEVER be replaced!!!!! Oh and OVER 5 thousand dollars in tools that I didn't know how to account for because I've been buying them for over 20 years. So thank you for keeping my items safe Uhaul. I can see from your public tv in the lobby that the cameras look fine to me but for sum reason they didn't work when all my stuff was stolen. As far as renting a truck from Uhaul that seems to be ok. Thanks for everything

Apart from that, the GM was very friendly and you could tell that he really cared about his business through the way he interacted with both his subordinates and the customers.

They clearly do not hire people that are friendly. It's especially bad as this was my first experience using their storage facility. It was very confusing at the beginning how we were allowed to enter and exit the building. Every time we asked for help they were unfriendly and somewhat unhelpful. They spoke to us like we should already know exactly what we are supposed to do. I had a huge sense of relief whenever we stopped using the storage facility yesterday. The facility itself seemed maintained well enough. I felt the price was fair. I just don't recommend this company due to the horrible customer service.
