kenneth tThey charged me a fee per after hours for returning the truck after the hour where it was not like that since I had to return it at 9:15 pm and I returned it at 8:33 pm but in the same way they charged me based on a delay. You can check the security cameras.

Mary LWhen I was parking the truck I entered from an entry that wasn't supposed to be used. There are 3 entries in that location and there were no good visible signs to tell you not to enter in that entrance. So I was told to make a u turn outside the premise, while doing so I sideswiped a parked car just outside the location, causing some damage and filed a police report. And to my surprise there was no insurance coverage for the truck (I didn't read the long list of terms of agreement). So in a word: 1. No good visible signs for entry for the new drivers to surrender the truck. 2. Lack of cooperation from the attendant to take over the parking process for the truck, so he could avoid any legal responsibilities. Not good!!! 3. Lack of insurance in the rental by *default*, (it was offered during the long ordering process, but frankly I don't remember and I wanted to get the truck and get going). Offering a cheap alternative doesn't mean you skip on important features such as insurance. Not good again!!!

juan pThis location is horrible. They called and harrased us and were Nasty on the phone. When we returned two vans they charged me $2 000 for scratches. When I returned another van they came out and yelled At us that there were scratches on the van when they were just dirt that wiped right off. Will NEVER come here again Just awful.

Sharon IPersonal was very rude and unhelpful. I asked for permission to park my car that I towed in the U-Haul while I go and unload the truck. When I came back, someone put a nail on the side of my car tire which cost me more money to change from new tire to used tire to get home.
