Everything was excellent the after hours return system is very good and easy, the receipt was kind of hard to find online but I found it. good

The service representative did not explain charges clearly. Paid more than explained by the service representative. Truck rental very dirty inside. Service representative did not escort us to our rental truck. Service representative stated we needed to inspect the truck rental ourselves.

I dont understand why you UHAUL cut my lock off i have noticed some things missing from my unit and i do not appreciate the fact that you cut my lock off i want a fair amount of compensation from uhauls insurance to cover whats missing from my unit

Le personnel était amical et serviable. There was a pile of broken glass a couple doors down from my storage unit. It was there for over two weeks. The bathroom was unavailable and that was super inconvenient.

I have utilize this facility for the past six years and prior to that five years. Therefore, I've been with the company over ten years. I overall had a pleasant experience . Unfortunately there's that one experience that trump's everything. Mary Navajo at the Rialto store was rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner regarding my move out. Customer service is not as it used to be. I'm not one to get into power struggle so I didn't engage however, I suggest a training on customer service is needed for Mary's conduct. It was absolutely egregious.

Couple issues, driver visor was not able to stay up falling down every time almost causing an accident. The vehicle also smelled like cigarettes. Other then that everything was fine.

Mary at foothill in rialto was no help. Reserve online n wanted to return by 7pm next day, some how it show I need to bring back by 3pm. Ask Mary for help saying online won't let me change time n demanded you guys honor customers n needed n need to bring by 3pm. Any rate Melania help n had 24hr, Mary gril had me stress n unprofessional

We rented a 26' truck for a cross country move. Upon picking up the truck we were told about getting the first month free on a storage unit with the rental. First, it was difficult finding a location that had the capacity we needed. Second, the staff of 2 were both on lunch at the same time so the office was closed until they both finished. Multiple customers, in addition to my party, had to wait for the better part of an hour to be helped. Third, upon finally being helped we learned that each location did not have to honor the promotion based on criteria we couldn't have known about before hand. The truck had advertisements regarding the promotion but had no fine print to view. Even speaking to customer service before arriving at the unit made no mention of fine print. I may never rent a vehicle from U-Haul again and I certainly will never use the storage service.

The storage unit above my bottom unit had a bad water leak every time it rained and the same top unit stored some type of oil that leaked through the ceiling onto majority of my stored paperwork, books and household item's which have now been ruined! I have brought up this issue many times to the office staff and had no success in repairing the leakage issues! This storage location was very quick to call and remind me that my due date was approaching but neglected every call I've ever made about the leaking problem and my rates went up extremely high which was absolutely unnecessarily for the tiny space I had at this Rialto location. Hour's and access where great except for the office staff who had poor attitudes, would have the office closed for more than an hour and a half during work hours, where very young and always smelled like pot every time I came into the office, maybe that's why they never took care of any issues because they where to high to remember. I do not recommend storing anything important at this location as I am trying to find a way to get this company to pay for my loses due to the office staff neglect of my issues and property, the office staff just said to take it up the loss with my insurance. Very upset and frustrated with Rialto Uhaul Storage!!!

I got a pick up truck for a day wasn’t able to finish doing what I had to finish so I had it for one more day they didn’t call my phone they called my family acting like I was trying to steal the truck that was not professional I rent with Uhaul a lot but this location was a bad idea to rent from !

Customer service was matter of fact " I don't give a crap" about what you think. They wanted 3 REFERRALS before the agent would rent me a truck! No reason given when I asked. So they could exploit my contacts? This was a desperate uhaul for not just business but feeding on the fact I HAD a reservation and never did that agency mention a requirement to give up that many contacts! Why can't a credit check with a score of 750 qualify you???

The associate's were not helpful and the woman didn't get out of her chair to help us in anyway. We took the truck only because it was closer to our house. The main office at the San Bernardino location were very knowledgeable helpful and had no problems getting out of their chair to help us . I recommend this office 100 percent.

The facility was clean but the units were very much outdated. For that reason I probably would not recommend it over a more modern facility. My best experience was with the staff. They were very friendly, explained everything, answered all my questions, and just made me feel at ease.

The rodent issue needs to be resolved. It's not fair to the customers that go in trusting their items will be safe only to find their belongings damaged and infested later.

My unit got infested with rats from a neighboring unit and all they could say was oh well about my stuff. I'm a single mother starting over and literally had dead rats with there heads chewed off falling out of my sectional couch. Had to completely replace my living room furniture and sons bedroom. Will never recommend a UHaul storage unit to anyone if they actually care about there stuff. There is no way the place didn't know there units had rat problems with the type of damage and amount of dead rats found in there in the short period I had the unit.

Rented van for 2 weeks. 5 days into with van full of crates bungee corded down on a day of 103 degrees uhaul called and asked me to bring the van back and switch it with another. This was not easy to unload and then fill with gas in the middle of an already busy day. Plus get a ride back. Nobody even apologized or tried to make it right. I just canceled the rest of our contract.

Mary the GM was very attentive and was able to get me a 15 foot truck with only two hours notice...The truck ran very well...AC was cool and it had brand new tires...Who could ask for more?.lol... O only rented it for about five hours...Her assistant I believe her name was aylisa was very nice as she inspected the truck when I got back... The only thing negative was the truck was very dirty..I ended up washing it before returning it...To be fair it rained earlier in the week.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Extra Space Storage in Palm Springs. My code didn't work to get out the gate and non of the EMS keys worked from the police and fire dept. I was locked inside the gate all night. That manager simply told me I should've hopped the fence and called an Uber, then Uber's back the next day to get my car. When I told Mary, the manager at this AWESOME U-Haul location, about that event, she said I'll never have to worry about such a thing, as I can always exit with my gate code! She's incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!!!

We were accused of "chilling" too much at the storage facility when we were only going through our stuff to separate what we needed and did not want. So we were blocked from having access to our storage unit whenever we needed. Mary at the office desk was extremely rude and disrespectful with us every time. I will never do business again with that U-Haul.

Every time we needed to access the storage the person next to us always had so much stuff making it super difficult for us to be able to access, I was so fearful of bugs getting into our stuff which is the main reason I can felled this storage.

I was told my reservation was for a 8x12 locker and when I got there the receptionist was standoffish and blunt and all that was available was a 5x7. It was too small for all my belongings but I took it anyway since I had no other options in the moment, I was able to empty the trailer for return but had to haul the other half of my belongings and find another facility. I secured a 10x10 and now I will eventually have to move the first items and make several trips. I would have been better off making my own arrangements. My complaint is that the size unit the was RESERVED for me was no longer available once I got there. This SNAFU snarled everything thereafter. Work on that for better reviews and customer experience.

The storage units here are clean and maintained. The staff is very helpful and always available. The location is nice and I liked that it wasn't as big and busy as most uhaul storage units. Anytime I needed to get in and out of my storage I was able to because of its accessible location. Would definitely recommend this particular storage facility. Mike and his co-workers are very friendly and go above and beyond to please their customers.

Gloria was very helpful and helped me get signed up and moved into my storage in less than 15 minutes. The storage was nicely cleaned and in a great location. I love that both Gloria and Mike helped me get a floor level storage that I was looking for. So far I'm very pleased with this location over other UHaul locations I have used previously.
