The service was faster than expected, I was promptly tended to and was given all the information and detailed answers to all of my questions. The general manager was very polite and professional. The location was convenient, clean, and safe. Thanks U-haul for an easy-going experience!

The storage units here are clean and maintained. The staff is very helpful and always available. The location is nice and I liked that it wasn’t as big and busy as most uhaul storage units. Anytime I needed to get in and out of my storage I was able to because of its accessible location. Would definitely recommend this particular storage facility. Mike and his co-workers are very friendly and go above and beyond to please their customers.
I usually have to wait 15 mi utes or longer everytime I call in to pay my storage unit.

If a person exits 15 days before their next payment it should be prorated on the simple fact that you’re gonna make money after you have already took a payment from me on that unit will never go back disappointed

Gloria was very helpful and helped me get signed up and moved into my storage in less than 15 minutes. The storage was nicely cleaned and in a great location. I love that both Gloria and Mike helped me get a floor level storage that I was looking for. So far I’m very pleased with this location over other UHaul locations I have used previously.

Joshua and staff at U-Haul Rialto have been great to work with. When we moved to Southern California, we rented storage, moving trucks and equipment from Joshua. He was always very helpful.
