The truck that I drove had a loose front end. With the crosswind I had to deal with it was a very troublesome to stay on the road and I would like you to get that checked.

Dante LThis location did not have a 6 x 12 trailer to rent. They called and he regional office and was told one was 20 miles away in Morrleton. I drove there and the place was closed. I got there at 11:25! Drove back to Russellville and took a smaller size. I asked to be compensated for my extra time and expense after driving 40 mile out of my way. I called the support number on the contract but all I got was an ad selling me insurance. The customer support sucks fro a corporate level. In the future if I have an option I use anyone else but U-Haul. I would still like a district manage to call me.

SHANE GI am a frequent renter of uhaul trucks. I wish there were more locations as well run as Russellville old K-Mart. Definitely recommend them if you are anywhere close to this location.

I was checked in (walk-in rental) by a lady who had 3 customers ahead of me &1 behind me on a Monday morning. Most efficient, precise & pleasant UHaul employee (over 4 States in the past 8 months!). No comparison between other experiences & her service At the end I asked her name Jessica. She expertly processed every customer, communicated she would be with us s as soon as possible AND handled every trailer hook up at the perimeter of the lot! I've rented where EVERY staff member (pick up & return!) refused to assist in attachment or release of UHaul trailers (see my rental history: Alma, AR on highway 64 just east of Alma - had to leave my hitch behind!). A delivery driver attached it, thankfully. Hideous & unsafe experience. Nonetheless, compared to more NORMAL experiences in CA, NM, MO, & AR - Jessica's expertise stood out as impressive, conscientious, efficient, knowledgeable & done for the sake of 'doing a job well' under A LOT of pressure. Kudos to her! The return, a man, not up to normal customer service standards but I addressed it there & then (seemed to be falling apart with a well-spaced flow of 2 returns & 1 rental, mishandled at each step). So, excellence is there it just needs to be committed to in the form of UHaul paying closer attention to PERFORMANCE & staffing #s.

JEFF GThe process to enter is not clear. Two keypads located outside. Had to figure out you have to use the one on the left first. Even after using code, the alarm goes off when I open the unit. Employee said this always happens. Does not give me any confidence the alarm system is working properly. Garage door is inoperative.

Doug RWas confused on why I was forced to pay the $11 at the store for coverage and she said I no longer had that option bc people steal from there then said they only reserve rentals for American Express and discover they don’t reserve with visa Over the phone … I asked why it gave me and option to decline the $11 if it was something I was forced to accept anyway and she said it’s a new U-Haul rule & they won’t rent me the van unless I accept the $11

PHILLIP RThis was a great experience for me. Truck was clean the only thing I would recommend is next time actually take the customer to the vehicle they are using instead of making them check 3 different vehicles to see if the key would start any of them. Other than that I would use again!!

Shane VOther than the plethora of information on you and an alternate contact needed to rent a unit, the experience was great. The facility appears to be one of the best in the county. I hope the storage experience turns out to be just as good. Plenty of working carts available. Sales associate was very helpful and answered all my questions. The 6 pages of rental contract is a bit heavy on what I assume as "West Coast" rental and facility abuse... Could be streamlined to be more professional: here's what you're renting, insurance, terms and conditions, payment default and lien/sales of goods and then all the nonsense about facility and bathroom abuse in a rules addendum.

I had the unit a week when I went to move out I have to go to the office to get them to unlock it they said I was late on a payment but I was not I got the unit a month free because we rented a trailer. And now it says we just moved out yesterday we told them when we was moving out and they didn't log it we really was only there a week to fine us a house.

I was told on line if you rent the truck one way it has unlimited miles and then I was charge for each and every mile… The car holler I rented had a flat… put me way behind and uhaul charged me for being late…. The truck had no gas in it when I got it but I was charged for a full tank of gas when I dropped it off… when I rented the truck , I could not do it face to face…I HAD TO DO IT OVER THE PHONE!!!!!
