Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis3 things kept this from being a 5 star Main supervisor person- he was a lil gruff and grouchy and not very personable. His underlings(girl with ear piercings, and guy from florida) were awesome and kept from being a 3 star. One of the times i went into the unit on a hot day and noticed it was very hot inside the storage unit despite it being "climate controlled". The double charge i had to deal with. I was charged one hold fee to rent a truck and equipment, then later was charged again the actual fee. So for a day i had 2 fees for the same rental instead of having a credit with the holding fee. had my account been close i would have incurred an overdraft fee. The holding fee fell off the following day but this was pretty close to theft due to this. Also recommend better pest control as i did notice mouse or rat droppings on a couple items upon getting them home. Overall if the grouchy could get replaced with one of the underlings it would've been a better experience, better climate control and pest control, and how uhaul does their holding fees double charging with actual fee.
