Mike W | Overall ExperienceWhen I originally opened my storage unit, I was paying around 120-130 dollars a month for it. By the time I closed my storage unit out, I was paying almost 170. Every time I turned around I was getting emailed that my storage payment was increasing. I did not have access on weekends when I was able to visit and that used to be available to me. Could never get ahold of anyone if I needed anything. Will not use this storage facility again and would not recommend it.

He helped me tremendously with figuring out a solution. Even stopped eating her crackers just to give me the best customer service available! Highly recommend and will be back whenever I need more services!
