Second visit to pick up a trailer. The employees there are awesome and very helpful. They even go outside with you to help you hook up and check your lighting. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I had luckily taken a picture before I left the facility but when I called to dispute the charge the representative initially tried to give me grief regarding the rental agreement until I submitted the proof via email. They corrected the charge on the account as they should but had I not taken the photo I would have been charged an additional $52,57 for the fuel.

A single stretch of lights over each row of units could easily be installed at low cost. Access after office hours would have been nice too.

But, the thing that sets a company apart is when things don't go according to plan do they adapt and do everything they can to make it right? The employees at this U-Haul location went above and beyond to do everything they could to earn the business of every customer who walked through that door.

Diego L.I rented a closed trailer measuring 5'x8' feet (60"x96" inches), when I wanted to put the item inside I couldn't because the entrance is 59" inches and I literally lost my 2 hour trip to Omaha, NE round trip where I intended to pick up my item; now I'm empty-handed and until Thursday I'll be able to return and I'll have to rent another trailer and it seems unfair to pay again since they were the wrong measurements on your trailer that they did not allow us to conclude this business in good order. And that is exactly what I tried to explain to her "Collaborator Monica" and the other 3 people with whom I spoke on the same call since none and they said by themselves "we don't know what to do in this situation". It only give you an hour during the week to be able to access your unit. I kept papers that were needed and it was hard to get them before a Saturday. Other than that , the service was good. Not sure the employee's but a young gentleman, couldn't have nicer or helpful.
