Overall everything was a great experience. The only thing is the bull nose lock that i bought at the location didn't fit the uhaul door when I was told it would.

Ben a | Expérience généraleThe staff was very friendly but the truck I had was COMPLETELY unsafe, the driver side door kept coming open while I was driving the truck which was extremely scary and unsafe, the odometer kept going off and on when I would go over a bump, and the visor above the steering wheel was broken so I had poor visibility while looking into the sun. When I told them about it they said they know lots of trucks are in bad condition and it just is what it is. No offer of any reimbursement at all which I found somewhat shocking as I clearly stated how unsafe my pregnant wife and I felt in the truck but after their response I did not want to sound like I was complaining to get a refund so I just let it be but it was a horrible experience.

Jose lThe truck felt like it was breaking down while driving it. And the first truck that was issued was dead. The customer service was excellent though.
Denise MSales people were rude. One said the "F" word. The other sat and ate funyons while assisting me. They did not answer my questions and had my drop off location scheduled very far from my new home. Frustrating.

Jonathan LCustomer service personal had attitude when I called in the first time. My rental was relocated and I was given a cheaper price. When I got there to the location it looked like an abandoned gas station. That's when I called in and the customer service representative had attitude about helping me get another location. That new location she gave me was further out so she gave me extra miles. Once I got to the new location there was no dollies to rent. I had to purchase my own dolly.

Enrique TKept trying to charge my card after I made arrangements and payments over the phone with their 800 number then corporate and myself tried to reach out to them and couldn't get ahold of them. Then today the called this morning saying that we hadn't made a payment all weekend when I have bank statements to prove otherwise

Michelle CStorage was secure but no light in the actual storage room. Had to bring flashlight to see in #104. Also please get the door fixed that only clicks but does not open. It made it hard to take my belongings to the back entrance to my car. Otherwise my experience with U-haul was alright.

Alec HFix your website so it doesn't show trucks that aren't available. And trucks getting 5 miles per gallon?! Ridiculous. I was charged double than what I was prepared for.
Tanja HUhaul truck was very dirty inside it had crumbs and dirt on the floor board and in cuo holders. Front windshield had a residue on it from inside which made it hard to see very well at dusk. On top of that the headlights were very dim and so were the high beams made driving at night very difficult and dangerous.

Michael NStaff was not very friendly and not very forthcoming with information. The equipment was clean and in working order. I'm not sure if I would recommend this location. Only one clerk at check in (about 6pm), and a very long line.

Albert EThe uhaul was very clean however the small bottom mirror was broken on the drivers side. There was no dolly and the lock was broken. But overall the employees and everything else was great.
xenia gHad a bunch of flies in the cargo area it was filthy to top it off I had a reservation for an appliance dolly and the guy told me it’s first come first serve I though that’s the reason you put in a reservation
Enrique PI needed to return the trailer on a Saturday but all the locations near me was closed and did not accept trailers. I had a difficult time trying to find a place to return the trailer because none of the uhaul businesses would answer the phone for me or the person I was in contact with at the central uhaul office. I just took a chance and drove about 40 miles one open. They were great but wouldn't answer their phone.

And moving out well I have to give it to your staff that day and especially Brian your new employee there. We had a little snafu with my moving company and the guys there went above the call of duty to help me out and I am forever. Grateful for that, so yes, Uhaul and SW Military rocks in my eyes and if I ever need anything from Uhaul again that's where I'm going.

When we arrived in San Antonio with the SuperMover, we were exhausted and needed to offload the SuperMover and go look at houses. Despite the national storage reservation system being down, your team got us in the locker immediately which allowed us to off-load and turn in the SuperMover prior to our appointment. This relieved our stress and helped us enjoy looking at houses. Once we closed on a house, accessing the storage was convenient. The grounds were clean and secure. We would recommend adding lights within the larger storage lockers. Thank you for your store's part in making our move easier.
