Keep doing what you're already doing. Just a reminder, after checking in customer, immediately return to office and finish that process first. Then, go and move van /truck. Many times, customers are meeting scheduled timeframes and need to finish service quickly.

Angel LI reserved a cargo van in advance, but still took 40 minutes to check out. The first van had emergency warning light for low tire pressure. I had to be switched to another van. Both vans were very dirty.

Jennifer BMy rental was for the Morat location and then was contacted a couple days before that they did not have a truck and I was switched to a different location: Wrapped Tight Casket UHaul. I was suspicious and drove to the new location even though it was during business hours the place was locked and dark. I called their phone # and got an answering machine. I left my name and number and waited 15 minutes. After not getting a call back I called UHaul and explained the situation. The person pulled up new location information and got answering machine also. She said they would provide a truck at the Morat location and I was switched back. Morat folks were fantastic. Just for the record the Casket location NEVER got back to me. I shutter to think if I had showed up on moving day and the place was locked with no phone and I had everything in place and people ready to help and I would have no truck. It would have been a nightmare. Third party folks can be an issue.

Kent TThis was HANDS DOWN the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. The ladies at 10330 Morat are very friendly, helpful, patient and just generally amazing. I just can't say enough how much I appreciate all the help they gave me during this incredibly stressful move to a new state. Especially Raine, she's amazing. I was exhausted and kind of in a daze and they were a breath of fresh air through all of this. The office was clean and well organized. It's a smaller location but I would recommend it over the others any day of the week.
Micheal MIt's the only locations I'll use. The customer service is consistently great, always clean inside, trucks are ready to go. I've never had a complaint about this location!

It was reasonably clean inside, and had good tires, but mechanically it was in extremely poor condition, and it only had 1/4 tank of fuel. It was very loud and seemed to struggle to operate. Not real helpful.

However, I reserved a 10X5X10 unit and when I arrived they "gave it to someone else" because "the online reservation just lets the staff know we're coming." I ended up having to get a different unit and the price difference was significantly different but the associate was very helpful with this process.

The location itself was fine, however when turning my truck in I was told I drove the truck 63 miles (I drove it 29-30 at most with photo evidence). I was also given the truck almost on empty and was told I returned it with less gas than given (also have photos). My only complaint.
Amanda JOur associate was great! She was courteous, efficient, prompt...and very gracious when we returned the van, in explaining the unexpected costs. The office was well maintained. Again, no concerns with service. However, what started at around $19,98 + per day for two days (we returned the van the night before it was due) turned into around $120. I understand that I probably missed the fine print, and there are explanations for the expense; but it's more than we want to pay to move a few items from one place close by to another and back. We will find other options.

RALPH C | Premières impressionsAwful. I was put on hold for half an hour so I used the website. Was charged for miles, which wasn't on the original invoice, but now it's moving day so I paid it. Then when I went to drop off the keys there was no one in the office. At all. I now am being charged an additional $47 without explanation. One I would have received if they had any customer service. It's not $29,99 to rent a truck it's $140 just say that. I won't be using U-Haul again.
