This facility botched my move out experience. My move out request went u processed until the next rent was due, after which they attempted to charge rent plus a move out fee. I replied and the issue seemed resolved, but then over a week later my parents got a collection letter from them. For $50. Incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional on their part to attempt to collect from my family immediately without so much as a phone call to me. I’ll never rent from U-Haul again and will actively discourage others from doing so. I actually can’t believe the behavior. It’s so upsetting. I did call immediately upon learning of the letter and was told that I do not owe anything, so to my knowledge the staff resolved the issue. It has not resolved my embarrassment and complete disappointment in this interaction.

Either order more or find a way to delete from the reservation cart on website so ppl are aware that it is no longer available.

Derrick M | First ImpressionsI was assigned 3 different storage units before we got it right. Every assigned was listed as available and when I got to the unit it had an occupied lock on it. That was very stressful when I was operating on limited time and my helpers. As for cleanliness, I wld say yes with exception. Seeing someone’s furniture inside the facility as if they were put out looked very unbecoming. When I arrived to return the truck at 2pm, office was closed and I had to use the key drop box. I picked the truck up at 10am and actually had it for appx 3 hours total considering all the hiccups with the computer problems and the unit reassignments. I hope I am not charged an after hour drop off fee bec the truck was returned in time.

We greatly appreciate your wonderful service and facility! FYI The only negative experience was a one time overwhelming marijuana smell in the office to the point it almost knocked me out upon entering and I had to wait outside before being helped because the smell was so strong and making me feel ill. Not appropriate for employees to be getting high during business hours!

Leshaia D | First ImpressionsI highly recommend this place was amazing. I ended up leaving only because I couldn't find a smaller unit for my things. The storage space was HUGE for a 10' x 5'. The staff were very courteous and helpful with anything I needed.
Rashaad G | Overall ExperienceI spent a whole day just to get an available storage and I already had an online reservation but the unit assigned to me was unavailable. They found me a unit and it cost more than my online reservation which I was not informed. My Uhaul card did not work and I had to use the managers code to access the building. There were mice or rats in the box in my storage. I lost 2-3 days worth of pay because of all the inconveniences this Uhaul caused. I was given a free additional month because of all the inconveniences just to arrive and they put their own lock on my storage I missed work because they couldn’t figure out who did and where the key was. The whole experience was a nightmare and I lost money and time.
