Make sure the other team members come in on time in the morning, when I got there, there was only one girl working at seven in the morning by herself, and there was a line of us waiting to be seen, mind you, she was doing the best she could so she deserves a raise for being able to deal with so much pressure alone

Get employees who speak plainly and that is knowledgeable about what is in stock, instead of telling me that the open trailer that I had rented on the 5th was not available on the 17th., nor was a larger one so I called the 800 number and spoke to very pleasant Jamie who told me that a larger one was available and gave me a reservation number, so I got the 6 X 12 which was way lager than I needed.and when I went to pick it up they had the size I wanted originally, but told me they were reserved I came back before 5 and they were still there,I questioned about it and was ignored. Very rude.

I have made reservations online at this location multiple times and have had nothing but issues picking up the correct equipment. There's always a problem getting what I need at this location. The store personnel are very polite and very accommodating, but for whatever reason there's always an issue. I have requested twice a 4 x 8 and both times they upgraded to me to a 5 x 8 because the 4 x 8 was not close enough for them to go pick up (10 miles is apparently a great distance). These online reservations are made well in advance and there should be no issue having the equipment requested on site.

The only issue is that every time I request equipment from this location they always try to have me pick it up elsewhere. Other than that, the staff is always VERY accomodating.

My visit was quick and easy to obtain the rental. The woman helping me was super friendly, informative and fast! Once we got out to the parking lot to hook up the trailer, both her and the gentleman helping attach it we again, super helpful and taught me exactly what I needed to know. Was in and out in less than 30 min. GREAT Experience. Both associates are very good at what they do.

I picked up the trailer I reserved and within 5 minutes after I left the manager called to say that trailer was for someone else and how much would I take to bring it back. I feel insulted with the fact he tried to offer me money to give up my reservation because he offered it to someone else. This location has the worst customer service, they never assist putting the trailer on for me. When I go to other locations they always help to make sure the trailer is secured to my vehicle before I leave. I always have a bad experience at this location but only went because they were the only ones with the trailer I needed. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I've had storage with U-Haul on University and the Carol City area and I never had the issue that I had at West Park my unit on 27th when I went in was very clean and well kept I expected when I had my storage on West Park for it to be clean and neat inside as it was when I was on 27th Avenue it was anything but that it looked like my storage had been outside I specifically paid for climate control clean storage and it looked like all of my items were covered and dirt and dust and filled there were reptile eggs and reptile droppings 98 % of my items were unusable I had clothes I had items my children had made over the years and I had to throw most of the items away it was a health hazard we had to use hazmat suits chemical gloves and n95 masks to get through that storage not satisfied at all I had storage in West Park for over 10 years and it was a disaster not satisfied at all

This is the best U-Haul location I've ever used, in the last 40 years I've used a bunch of U-Hauls. The counter staff and the garage staff were super friendly, fast, and helpful. Especially Subraijah who went out of her way to help me check out quickly even though I didn't say I was in a hurry.

They were short staffed the day I came in, so it took 45 minutes to get out with a trailer even though I had a reservation. It should never take that long to get a trailer with a reservation. A self-service kiosk like the airlines use at the airport would help. You just have to enter your reservation number, scan your DL and your credit card. Your contract prints out and you're out of there.

There was a bit of a line at the pick up rental counter. That is the only complaint that I have. Otherwise, the staff are always great at this location. Very personable and really care about their customers.

Truthfully I had the same issue on 3 rentals this week, the gas was incorrect and it was a major inconvenience and some trucks had roaches. But the general manager ANDREW CHRISTIAN REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN WHY I RETURNED TO DO BUSINESS AT THE WEST PARK LOCATION. HE HANDLE MY COMPLAINTS AS A PROFESSIONAL AND BECAUSE OF HIS PROFESSIONALISM I RETURNED, IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM I WOULD OF TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! MICHAEL ARANGO

Every time I go there, I find that it takes more and more time to complete a simple rental. Most of the employees there seems that they could care less about providing basic customer service. Some of them don't even have the basic knowledge of the system and were hired based on the ethnic origin then there ability to provide any basic service.

The service is very bad, extremely bad. The employees treat people poorly. I made a trailer delivery on Saturday, and the person who received it was mocking us and making comments because we weren't experts at backing up the trailer. What a lack of respect!

1) Line was out the door and they where answering the phone adding to delaying people with reservations. 2) they could have had someone helping with the app.( In fact at the drop off spot they closed and they still came out off the clock and help me use the app that was freezing up). Very unsatisfied with pickup then they helped from back of line I waited over 45 minutes and I was third in line. two people seating I was standing I was third then they sat me and help the back of the line. At the end I was the back of the line. I actually felt disrespected. but I kept my mouth quiet, I had to almost pull the truck form the back my self luckily another driver pulled my truck out.

The right thing to do is to give me my money back!!! Let's start with all the madness that happened. I had a reservation for 7 am pick up. Once I got there, only one guy was behind the counter with 2 persons ahead of me. 15 mins later I was finally at the desk. He took my res info and before he could finish, he instantly left the desk to deal with an issue 2 customers before me had, they had problems with their order, and he just left for a long time without saying anything to me or the other customers in line. Me, along with other customers, went outside a few times trying to find him and he was nowhere to be found. He walks back in, still in the middle of dealing with those 2 persons, and proceeds to again check me in. He asked for an emergency contact info, I said I didn't have one right away, he pointed to my friend who was standing next to me, I told him his number won't work since he's just visiting from another country, he said he needed it. I started giving him the number and he shouted that 'HE NEEDS A NUMBER THAT WILL WORK IN THE US" I shouted back letting him know I'm giving him a number he asked for since he never specified. It's now almost 8 am, I gave him a local number of a friend and he proceeded to call. Of course, no one answered and he just walked away going back to the 2 customers before me that had issues with their order. He comes back 10 mins later, and by that time another staff member finally arrived for work, and the guy behind me went to him. The person checking me in proceeded to help that other staff member check-in the guy that was behind me, and I had to tell him to stop because I needed to go (btw the guy that was behind me got through before I did). He stopped and asked for an emergency contact again, I had to wake up someone and tell them to expect a call. When he got the number, he didn't call anyone. SO what the hell was the point??? He shouted at me for a local number, called that number for no reason, then got a different number and didn't call??!! After that nightmare check-in was over, I drove out and instantly realized the truck's brakes were very soft, soft to the point I had to drive extra slow. When I returned the truck, I pulled into the return section and was waiting for a rep to come check me out. I went inside and asked who's supposed to check me out, they said to wait outside and someone will come. I sat in the truck for almost 20 mins and no one came. I noticed a staff member on his phone with my truck in full view, I went to him and asked who was supposed to check me out, and he was shocked I was there to check out. Please address these issues, I'll probably rent with you guys again, just because, but never again from this location. The right thing to do is to give me my money back.

Katrina needs a raise! I repeat Katrina and Andrew need a raise. They are the sweetest kindest most professional set of people. I was in such a terrible place while moving they made the move in and out so seamless. I use to be skeptical of U-Haul from a previous bad experience but this has completely turned my opinion around. They do great business and I highly recommend.

Do not try to change pick up locations after customers sign the contract. We often hire movers to load the truck, we often do not know the city locations because we're from another state. Changes & delays cost money. Luckily your General manager Andrew Christian resolved the problems your unexpected change caused.

The only negative I would say needs attention is the accuracy of inventory that is available. Other than that, the staff was the best with what they were given to work with. Everyone we encountered were helpful and polite.

THIS LOCATION NEED STAFFING,ALSO THER WERE ISSUE WITH VEHICLE ,WHEN I PICKUP THE VEHICLE I TOOK PICTURES OF THE MILEAGE AND FUEL,WHEN I RETURN THE VEHICLE THE ATTENANT THERE TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY FUEL CHARGE. When a customer makes an on-line reservation, requesting a certain pick up location, that request should be honored (even if the equipment is not currently at that location), by the store picking it up and having it ready for the customer to pick up, especially after the customer has spoken to 2 different employees and to confirm the pick up location. That would warrant an above average or excellent rating.

I lost money and ran late due to unorganized system and unprofessional staff. Not to mention I arrived 10 minutes early for my 9am appointment and I did not leave until 10:30ish. I'm not happy and I feel I should be refunded for experience and the fact I lost money totaling $400.

You need nicer more knowledgeable people. Everybody there have an audit and do not want to work. It took me much longer to get a 5x10 storage than it should have

Storage unit wasn't sealed and allowed outside elements to crawl on in . As we unpacked our boxes at home , your facility introduced cockroaches in my belongings. I've never had a roach ever in my houses . You have a homeless person eating and living out one of interior units . Very disappointed , David Kolhagen

My move out date was the 21st. There was an opening in my unit and it also looked as if the roof fell in. The door was easy to open to get inside the storage. My unit door was extremely hard to open it needed some wd40 or something

I have to say that this operation is very well managed . Bladd and team have been very helpful and efficient . It has been a pleasure dealing with them and I highly recommend to anyone in the area in need of storing personal effects in a safe, clean and ventilated place to use UHaul of West Park FL . The entire team went beyond the call of duty to help and accommodate my needs. Got Uboxes shipped from NYC, boxes came without any issues, i was promptly informed when boxes arrived, I was able to get a storage unit and all. They did they best to ensure i got my stuff secure and informed me at every step during this process. Had a third party moving company come to pick up the UBOX therefore I wasn't able to see the facilities myself. But the process of them picking up and dropping off our ubox was very easy and efficient

The GM was very rude & unprofessional. He yelled at me not to throw a 12 ft artificial Xmas tree in the dumpster. I had explained to him prior it did not fit in my car and I was going to give it away
