Rented a 15' feet truck and car carrier, running lights on trailer did not work. I sat there for almost two hours while they work on the lights, the guy that fixed it was very helpful, everyone else was not. My wife and I called customer service, and they said the resolution had to come form the location GM, I have not heard from anyone since.DIEGO C.

The manager was chatting while there were people waiting, so I asked politely if someone could help those waiting. The woman that helped me was great. There was less gas than noted, and I forgot to take a picture, then I filled it and it went way past full. It was very expensive for a one way trip.susan C.
This location was unorganized. The truck was clean inside but not even run through a car wash. The outside was dirty. The counter people took forever.KENNETH S.
They need to be more accountable for their products, I turned in the truck on a Sunday and was told the system was down on the following Saturday I receive a charge of $229 for 4 days rental and 4 days insurance(which I never even took on the original rental) when I called they claimed they didn't know the truck was there since Sunday that their manager did inventory and the truck showed up on Tuesday but they couldn't find the keys till Friday which they then charged for. Need to be more professional and keep track of what they receive if the system is really truly down. A friend returned a truck to this location about a month before and Apperantly the system was also down then.Alexander H.

Ended up being SO expensive per mile. I remember there is usually a long-range discount but I did not receive one at all. Also I was forced into getting the insurance when I had not previously had to do so. This has been really tough for me financially.Henry M.
