Gate didn’t work for the first year

Gate was always open or broke, not secure

The door leading to the where my storage unit was was never locked if you turned it you could get in and if you got the right tools you could cut a lock and steal.

There were times while I had the unit there that the gate malfunctioned and stayed open for days. Aside from that everything was good.

Please fill in the rather large pot holes and standing water in vicinity of the storage bin. Made it a bit challenging for onlaoding and offloading.

The exit gate needs a keypad so you don't have to back all the way down to cross over to the entrance gate to leave

Reserved and payed for a unit on a friday. Its sunday now and yall have still yet to take the lock off the unit for us to move in.

I used the storage for over a year and NEVER had a single problem with anything.

Made the move as easy as was able. Very friendly at all three of the uhaul facilities I had to visit to move state to state.

My only issue was being charged another full day rental charge for being 15 minutes late because I didn't know I couldn't access the main office from my unit in time because of the base gate. Last issue was being stuck inside gate 2 times when it didn't work getting out but worked coming in. Other than that... 5 STARS!

The card reader wasn't working and I sat at my climate controlled storage for 5hrs waiting for someone to come and look at the card reader and no one ever showed up I made 7 calls to the office and they told me someone was on the way finally I kept trying til it let me in and I think I should be remburst part of my money for the inconveniences.

We stored in the climate-controlled facility outside of Maple gate (Chaffee Rd) for 2,5 years without issue. Would recommend to others.

I reserved an inside unit on the day of my reservation I could not get the climate maintained unit due to short staff, the person working offered it to me I declined, due to the long waiting period to receive the unit.

Just needed space to store camper, no big deal

Although the place I rented the storage facility was great... Where the my storage center was... However was NOT! It was less than 5 miles away and because the fastest and shortest way to get to it..was off a Rd that I DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO!! I had to spend 20 mines and several miles to go ALL THE WAY AROUND the military base! If I had known this..I would NOT have chosen that location!! Thanks for the extra day charge and all the extra gas , cuz it took so long to get to!!

At this particular location on 1678 CHAFFEE ROAD, was by far my most WORSE Uhaul experience. I NEEDED assisstance but was UNABLE to get. Its sad that NO STAFF was there. A man/ woman personnel shoud be onsite. LORD 

Great service provided throughout my three years of usage here. They rotated through multiple locations throughout and all the personnel at the office put up with me, so excellent service. The facilities are quite robust and I personally had no problems in any of the three major weather events that occurred.

When we first went the outside unit assigned to us was damaged, we spent 2 hours trying to get someone to assign us another unit with no luck. We just found another unit and stored out items and kept trying till we reached someone to let them know what we did. We also had 2 climate controlled units that we went several times and there were no dollies to use. We looked in another unit and seen several but couldn't get them. We tried calling to get someone to let us in to get a couple but no luck. We did leave a message but went back a couple week later and there were still no carts. The driveways are terrible, seems to need attention at this location. We won't use it again.

Its not maintained at all. There was a bunch of leaks from the ceiling that were not addressed. Lost alot of furniture due to this.

When we arrived at the storage location the building we were to get had damage to door. We spent 1 hr trying to call someone to let them know but could not get anyone that could help. We found another building not being used so we put our household goods in it. We are still trying to let Uhaul know about the change but no one will call us back. 318-332-6091

The front door of the facility need to be fixed, some times doesn't lock and look weak.

We were very pleased with our experience having two storage units here. Staff was always helpful and professional. The climate controlled storage was so worth it!

Management drove out to the storage unit when we didnt have the key to our lock. They answered our call right away and came right over. Very helpful!

Raising the rates of a storage unit while deployed to Iraq and having no other option but to take the increased rate is a low blow allow units already rented to be grandfathered into the initial rates
