Jerry S | Déménagement en ligneI have another storage unit in West Monroe called NELA which is on my U-Haul app which I love and have had great experience with it. I am moving near leesville so I needed to change my unit location. If I would have seen more pictures of this location I would not have chosen this location. It doesn’t feel safe in my opinion or very clean like NELA storage is. My unit having a bug/ rodent trap located inside was very concerning. This is all based off my first impression moving in tonight & maybe it will change but I believe this location could use some cleanup/updates. It is a downgrade from my unit located in West Monroe.

vanessa m | Premières impressionsThe building assigned to on the outside looked not maintained. On the inside it looked relatively clean but had a smell like as if something had died and is rotting. The unit itself was clean. Security wise, the unit is not secure if a person wanted to steal items. Yes the walls were decently high, but a simple ladder would allow someone to climb over from one unit to another.

TYRONE S | Expérience généralePricing is fair for the area as other locations can be higher priced. Some maintenance concerns in the facility overall need attention for a customer to have confidence in leaving property for short to medium range periods. I felt the necessity to check on unit at least monthly for potential damaged ceiling tiles or water leaks. Never had an issue and was available to check regularly. Some owners may not be able to check as often.
