List rental process flinted very smoothly. I had no issues. The truck made some funny sounds, but there were no issues with performance. The return process was also very smooth, and everything went as planned.

John QBruce was very helpful considering the fact that I made all my reservations for bell rd & 19ave. I called bell to confirm the day of moving, and they had NO paperwork on me For storage or truck rental! After a long time on the phone they sent me to I17 & dunlap for a truck. Still NO storage unit. Eventually I got a unit at hatcher & 19ave. They didnt have my size SO I had to rent 2 units! They didn't tell me there were 3 DOORS and that I needed 3 LOCKS. I spent so much money on uhaul for this move w/supplies (22 rolls of tape, 12 pads, wrap, mattress pads) truck and storage fees, I am afraid to add it all up. Your confirmation numbers that you gave me, mean squat! If hadn't called to confirm that morning I would have been severely screwed. After all this I wanted to return 2 blankets on hatcher and they would not w/out a receipt after seeing me EVERY day for a weak!!-《intentional spelling.. cave creek & hatcher was always good to me. I bought most of my tape there. Thank you to Bruce at I17 & Dunlap for smoothing things over or I could have lost my sh_t !!

David VThe 10 ft truck I rented is probably the best I have ever rented from U-Haul or any other. It had power, was very responsive and easy to drive.
David WMy first issue is I booked a 15' truck but received a 10' truck. Didn't realize until we were done loading the truck was not the correct size. We still were able to fix everything we needed, but we wanted what we paid for. Second issue, we were returning the truck once the sun went down. THE HEADLIGHTS DID NOT WORK. This was extremely irritating and dangerous that the headlights were not checked prior to providing it to a customer. And when we were dropping it off, please have a sign referring to where the key drop off is, if there is one. I walked around the building several times trying to locate this and was unable to. I resorted to leaving the cab unlocked and leaving the key, but by that point, I was irritated overall from my experience.

Michael JThe trailer I reserved had a short in the wiring. I shorted out the fuses and lights in my truck. We had to switch trailers which took 1 1/2 hours. I had to fix my truck before I could take a trailer. I should get a refund for my time and the cost of repairing my truck.
